Take 5 minutes to go read an article I have found and maybe save your life. Do you or someone you love suffer from heart disease, blood pressure problems, arthritis, high cholesterol, allergies?

This page tells in a simple language how and why we should balance omega 6 and omega 3 's in our diet.

This basic information may save your life and is really an easy process. Take time now to read how this important supplement, or why eating the right combination of a few highly available foods will combat most common ailments like arthritis, heart disease and cancer.

Even allergy sufferers will benefit. The author has proven it true in his life and has devoted much research to simplify the information.

Take this few minutes now for a healthier you tomorrow.

We all know how brain cancer, and heart disease is on the rise. Just recently, I've known 2 people to be diagnosed with brain cancer. I can't help but think we are eating ourselves to death. That's scarey because we can do something about it - but most of us don't.

Stop and think! We are what we eat and many times the doctor won't tell you simple changes make all the difference. Is it money? Is it because they are in bed with the pharmaceuticals? I don't know, but I do know science gives us answers and it's not always found in the prescription bottle.

However, do not, I repeat do not, stop taking any medication. This information is all about what we eat. I hope you read the article about omega 6 and omega 3, Live long and well my friends.

Excellent topic! I've started giving my son 1200 mg of Omega 3, 6 and 9 daily for his verbal apraxia. My eye doctor told me that it is also great for eye health and dry-eyes. Thank you!

Hi There Sally!! Thanks so much for your loyal support on my hubs and links...level1diet is my brother's site and he spent years and years researching and finding the information right out of the medical journals that some doctors seldom get to read due to the load of their practice which is kinda scarey when you think about it.

Cailin, I love your name as it is the name of my 2 year old granddaughter I seldom see in Oklahoma but will one day!!! I'm so glad you are utilizing the omega 3 and 6 balancing act. This one bit of knowledge may save our life. thanks so much for reading!!

if you go to level1diet on here my brother Tom can answer any question, however his email is often spammed to the max...so you might just ask it at the bottom of his hub and get a quicker reply...he's got to do something about his emails, they' have been taken over by spammers   yikes!

but I can answer minor things....=))
