It is earth day.. but isn't every day? We enjoy our God given environment every day.

Just because of the buzz given this day ... my first reaction is to turn all the lights on in the hourse .. keep them on all day .. to use just a huge over abuncance of hot water ... to go way out in the back yard and burn every single  piece of stuff we don't need ... to eat all our meals today from the fast food places .. .taking them out in styrofoam.

I would like to take the SUV and drive a thousand nmiles or more ... buy a cow and a pig and tether them in my back yard ... gain about 70 pounds and go parade in front of the White House.

I would love to go to Ford headquarters and convince them we need to hop in one of their "grounded" corporate jets and fly to Washington  .. first calling the White House to makes sure they are aware of our plans.

Your see ... it is the utter lack of common sense and reason and the overflowing hypocrisy that drives our "global warming" and "climate change" crew that makes me want to go just as far over the edge of commmon sense and reason from where I stand.

In reality ... I will keep the lights off .. go run errands in my little gas burning car that gets about 27 mpg. I will not burn anything outdoors nor will I be flying in any corporate jets.

Instead I will do what I and most Americnas have been taught to do all our lives ... get through the day using the common sense and reason that is inbred in us.

It may be a good day to go and clean up the "after winter" yard .. a wonderful day to enjoy our God given environment.

By the way ... I do not worry too much about how our children are being taught that the world will not be here twenty years from now (I thought Al Gore said ten) if they do not make sure they follow the teachings of the "global warming" crew ... after all our children were taught that the "hole" in the ozone layer was going to suck everything out of our atmosphere or some silly such thing.. and the disposable diapers were just an abomination to the earth .. yet those teaching this would never give up using them ... and somehow or other each of them .. our children... have managed to grow up with their common sense and reason telling them how silly that all was... for come to find out.. when studying science ... they found out that the ozone layer just naturally thins and thickens all the time and always has and most likely will continue to no matter what man does or says.

Our children .. all of our children... are far more intelligent than this crowd could ever know.

Now I am going out to enjoy our God given environment.

And now the waterboarding is "uncovered"... and we must feel sorry for those who would have given their lives to see us dead... and certainly not refer to them as terrorists.... and how can the CIA do its work if they cannot trust the person who sits in the Oval Office will not uncover all they do for all the world to see.. and how big of an advantage do our enemies .. the true terrorists ... have on us now?

Keep talking, keep talking, keep talking... for it is by your words we know you.

This is more true today than ever. Should a wall of silence come before us ... then we know we are really in trouble.

So.. keep talking ... please.

We are certainly able to discern the truth.

WHY are the banks giving Obama the powere he is taking? They want to give the TARP money back.. he says no... they cannot untill hr approves it... and why are they giving in to it? Just send the money back and be done with it all.... regain your control in your own companies... and now Obama is going to control the credit card companies.. with fees and rates?

Where int he world does he think it is written that he has the right to control our coountry?

He took an oath to uphold the Constitution.... a document "outdated" in his eyes.. so I guess that oath meant not much to him at all... and he is certainly showing it now.

It would be easy to say America made a mistake this time in who was elected to sit in the Oval Office... but.. all happens as it should.

Our vigilance has been low ... our trusting in our freedoms something that has been just there.

How many of us think ever that they could actually be stripped from us?

... and those who don't know history are bound to repeat it.

Are any of those closed eyes opening yet?

Still looking .. still hoping ... even as I see Obama "making nice" with the socialist leaders of Latin America ...apologizing once more for we Americans .... stating how he isn't to blame for the things done by America in the past ... not in those words... but in a reference to how happy he was not being blamed for things that happened when he was three months old ... and my hope dwindles again as I realize Obama loves power .. and there is no way on earth he will allow these "little" socilaist/communist leaders of the world to upstage him in any way... and I begin to wonder what he is really up to...and then know it is just a continuance of his 'I will rule the world and make it right' mantra... and no one will upstage him or tell him what needs to be done.

No one.

He went to "listen and learn".... no need to worry.. he will surely keep them in their places... as he will all of us....

.. and all statements from Washington still have the "given by anonymous sources as they cannot speak about it for the full details are not yet out" or some stupid silly idiotic tail... and so much for the "most transparent administration ever"...

... and our Federal Treasury Department is still run by one man.... alone .....

. .. and the Department of Homeland Security stands by its document which has the potential of terming every one of us "terrorists"...... a term we can no longer use in reference to those who would give their lives to kill us....

.. and the madness goes high stepping on...

.. and the strongest way our voices will ever be herad is thriugh our votes ...more visibly significant now than ever.

I just hope the damage being done is not irreversible in two years.

This Homeland Security warning is just that and it is not something to pretend isn't real .. that it reallly cannot be happening.

It is. The following is a part of the "warning"...

The Department of Homeland Security is warning law enforcement officials about a rise in "rightwing extremist activity," saying the economic recession, the election of America's first black president and the return of a few disgruntled war veterans could swell the ranks of white-power militias.

A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority.

"It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," the warning says.

That includes all or any of we Americans who do not agree with this administration.

What more can be said?

It makes me wonder if within two years even our right to vote willl have been nullified somehow... and we now have someone in power who may claim that power is his for as long as he wishes to retain it.

Don't forget.... the head of Homeland Security is appointed by the President. The body sitting in that seat is Obama. He appointed her.

It seems that the tables have turned almost completely . That department of the govenment that was formed to ensure the security of we Americans has now been used to turn against us.

It has been taken into the hands of terrorists ... for isn't that what we call those who would threaten us?

The tea parties being held all over the nation today.. by the way... is not a political movement. It is a movement that comes from the heart of freedom loving Americans who are abhorred at what this administration is doing to our country. Democrat.. Republican... Independent... Liberal.... labels have no meaning when it comes to the love of our country.

I would hope that any politician who would attempt or hope to use one of the tea parties being held today to advance his political career is firmly told NO.

We are all Americans who would like to have our voice be heard in Washington.

Today it may be heard.... it surely is being heard.... but is just being ignored..... which inn my eyes is worse than not being heard at all.

It is exhausting. Not a day passes that there are not new and more serious threats to our freedoms. It is hard to keep up and keep them straight.

Now we have homeland security coming after those who would dare to disagree with what is being dictated to us? I at least assume it is "we" who see all these threats and power grabs from and by our government and dare to at least try to speak up about them in the hopes that even one person who has his/her eyes closed would open them to see the truth of what is happening before it is too late.... that we would be included as part of that dangerous far right radical group who would do everything we can to protect our God given and Constituion protected rights.

Have you heard of all the tea parties planned for tomorrow? Not a word in the media.. anywhere... not a word even though there are hundreds planned in every state.....

Amazing.

I believe that returning to the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution and its essential 10th Amendment will free our state from undue regulations, and ultimately strengthen our Union.”

Perry continued: "Millions of Texans are tired of Washington, DC trying to come down here to tell us how to run Texas."

A number of recent federal proposals are not within the scope of the federal government’s constitutionally designated powers and impede the states’ right to govern themselves. HCR 50 affirms that Texas claims sovereignty under the 10th Amendment over all powers not otherwise granted to the federal government.

It also designates that all compulsory federal legislation that requires states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties, or that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding, be prohibited or repealed.

You should send a copy of the above to your governor. After all ... we are all a part of this.. are we not?

I have really been trying hard to find something good to see in Obama as far as our country goes .. and when the pirates were finally attacked and the American captain freed .. I thought ... YAY. He didn't tell them they couldn't attack.

However .. I had been waiting days for that to happen... from the first news that an American flagship had been attacked.

Was Obama the one holding them back ... waiting to "negotiate" maybe?

I heard the President of our country say he wanted the UN to intervene. The United Nations?

Are we not Americans who stand up for ourselves and our own?

I wonder how heavy the persuasion had to be to make him finally agree to allow the Seals to free our fellow American?

Anyhow... perhaps Obama has learned what American pride really is .. a little... with this maneuver? It would be nice to think he has ... but my hopes for that are dim ... especially after reading about the response his Black Congressional Caucus had to their visit to Castro in Cuba.

Here is a man who leveled all of Cuba .. a once beautiful thriving place... whom they came back to America praising .. to the point of making a note of his "modest" home and noting the "fact" that the people there lived very well ... and according to one... even better than those in her own district.

Cubans living better than Americans?

Why in the world are they then risking their lives in dinghys to get to our shores?

And what purpose is there in being a dictator if you only live in a "modest" house?

Madness.... all madness ... and it will be interesting to see how Obama reacts to the proposal by our military to go in to Somalia ... with the approval of the Somalian people .... and wipe out the base of those pirates who are terrorizing those seas.

There would have been no hesitation with President Bush in setting the captain free .. and he sure would not have sent a Congressional Caucus of any color to Cuba to commisserate with a dictator.

There is something else that really has me quustioning our administration. Whenever a press release of some kind is put out... it is always form an "annonymous administration official" who does not want his name released due to not knowing something or other to do with the details or whatever. It leaves a suspicious mind ... here at least ... wondering about this "most transparent adminsitration " ever.

Sorry .... still looking for that positive act from Obama.

It didn't take long did it?

Was it a week ago that Obama took control of General Motors and fired Mr. Wagoner, its CEO?

Today it has been unveiled ... by GM and Segway ( you know .. of Segway scooters.. remember?) a just wonderfully innovative car .. a two wheeled contraption of some kind that we are supposed to all fall in love with I guess... after all it is green.

No more Hummers ... no more great GM trucks .. no more solid roomy SUVs.

No more sedans?

Get used to it folks... we have been offered our car of the future whether we like it or not.

Make way for the PUMA.

A two wheeled take off of a scooter?

Is the smart car still in the picture?

I assume we are being prepared for the time when the government feels we have acclimated to its views enough that it can announce to us we really have no need to travel anymore either ... after all .. how far can you go in a two wheeled car?

The future looms brightly... after all we will all be in the most able hands on earth .... the Obama hands.

Yay.

Also.... I sure hope those banks who want to give the TARP money back.. but Obama says can't because they are too BIG ... that they just write that check and give it back.

Not ALLOWED to pay back money they "borrowed"?

As Obama continues his world tour ... I want to let the world know we Americans have only one thing to apologize for.... and that is that we Americans were able to elect the person we have representing us in our Oval Office today.

We were able to do that due to the fact that more than half of us were either too trusting or too ignorant.

Hopefully .. it is a great learning lesson for us and I for one would love to promise it will never happen again.

Of course I cannot do that. I am only one American.

However ... I do believe I can confidently speak this and know that millions of Americans would repeat those words to you.

Also.... we true Americans whom love our country and stand tall and proud for what we stand for .. will fight with all we have .. legally and honestly ... to make sure America never ever changes.

It is probably appropriate to bring out this today.. for it surely has to be a fool's joke... not that above.. but that which follows......

Barney Frank has a proposal out that will guve this administration the power to CONTROL THE PAY OF ALL EMPLOYEES OF ANY COMPANY WHO HAS ANY FEDERAL MONEY INVESTED IN THEM.

That could mean any company who has taken a federal decuction could be included .. and... IT WILL BE RETROACTIVE.

Also .. now that the GIVE Act has been passed .. the act that triples the size of Americorps .. which has been a sadly unchallenged waste of our money to this point .. and paves the way for Obama's plan for "mandatory voluntary " service.. a new proposal is in the works which will set the path for that "mandatory voluntary " service for every American citizen... three years through retired ages... and this is not a joke.

This new proposal calls for a "repeal of the 13th Amendment " that protects all of us against involuntary servitude....

Obama is now warrantying our GM products. The White House will be able to connect you to the warranty office .. which I am sure must exist somewhere.

Our country .. and our freedoms are in such a steep downhill landslide it is impossible to keep up with it.

OIL WILL GO UP OVER $4 / GALLON.. YOU WILL NOT DRIVE AN SUV OR A TRUCK .. FOR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE MADE ANYMORE... why else would he have taken over General Motors?

THEY WILL BUILD NO MORE TRUCKS OR SUVS.

Obama has demanded it and so it will be.

Now... there was a report of Joe Biden's daughter being caught on video using cocaine .. with the man who shot that tape out trying to market it to the media .. highest bidder?

The video was seen by many .. all who reported it looked identical to Ashley Biden... Biden's daughter.. on the tape.

Today the report comes out that the whole thing was a "setup" .. a "setup" so the young man could make money.

I don't know about you.. but even the most ignorant person on earth would be taking his life in his hands in attempting to market a video of someone who he was trying to PASS OFF as the daughter of the vice president of this country.

I do not agree with what he was trying to do .. I do not think she should be vilified by anyone if it were Ashley Biden. I do try to balance things with how it would be if it were someone who was not a part of the "inner circle".,, how the press has handled it in the past... how this administration does things.... and ..

.... there is nothing this administration will not do.. and nothing the media we have today will not help it get away with... and truth matters not at all.

We live in scary times for our freedom... very serioulsy scary times.

Also .. the electric grid that will tie ito the electric meters that the government will have installed in YOUR house.. and all other homes in the country.. telling us when we can and when we cannot use electricity.. and who knows what else it will control in our homes..... is BEING BUILT in Boulder CO as we speak.

This is an addon to today's "already done" post.... just one more thing to be concerned about....

"CHICAGO - An influential government-appointed medical panel is urging doctors to routinely screen all American teens for depression .....

"The task force said that when followed by treatment, including psychotherapy, screening can help improve symptoms and help kids cope. Because depression can lead to persistent sadness, social isolation, school problems and even suicide, screening to treat it early is crucial, the panel said.

The group recommends research-tested screening tests even for kids without symptoms."

How would you like your teen put into the hands of this governnment .. to mold his mood and mind?

This is serious... every single they are doing is seriouly scary.

Who is there to stop them?

Also.. the "mandatory voluntary" social task force Obama wants... that legislation is at this time working its way through the Congress.

Research it. It is real. It is scary in that I am not sure there are enough people in the right spots who can stop him...

and on to the original posting of the day.... as we listen every day to that man in the Oval Office telling us "we must be willing to sacrifice".... or .. in his mind.. we must be willing to give up our money.. our freedom .. everything we as Americans stand for....

The surge of hope didn't last long.

It lasted into the evening of yesterday.

That is when the news came that Obama has now taken control of our largest car company .. in all reality .. "firing" Mr. Wagnoner .. it's CEO.

Obama has done just what he said he would do in his campaign.. take over the car companies .. "oversee" them.. tell them what they MUST build... and that will NOT be a single SUV, All SUVs .. but his .. witll be sacrificed for the good of Obama .. just as all auto company corporate jets had to be sacrificed.

Also.. the very first announcement said "the White House along with the UAW... have agreed that .. "

Not one word was said of the union after that intial announcement...

.. and now Mr. Wagoner has to go... after all he is an SUV man. He believes in building what Americans will buy. That will not do. We need to be made to buy what OBAMA says we WILL buy..

Can opener cars.

What a joke.

It is a black day in America when the person sitting in the Oval Office of our White House can assume the power to take control of any corporation in our country... and it is happening at a rate we can't even see.... and all because that company relied on our govenment for a loan... which has been done over and over in the past.

This is not "government " money. It is not "Obama" money.

It is our money.. and we have not a word of say in where or what any of it is being used for.

Telling companies what they can or cannot pay their employees .. those employees who take the greatest risk by attempting to run the companies .. pointing fingers at them .. treating them as though they were children ... playing the role of dictator .. reprimanding them .. threatening them with shutdowns .. throwing down the rod and ordering them what to do .. that is who we have in the Oval Office... all with the power of OUR money in his hand.

My quess is that in 30 days .. Chrysler will be taken over completely .. and in 60 days General Motors will no longer be anything but an "Obama" company.

"Let me be clear: the United States government has no interest or intention of running GM. What we are interested in is giving GM an opportunity to finally make those much-needed changes that will let them emerge from this crisis a stronger and more competitive company."

Obama's words. No interest in running GM?

He already is.

He has already said about your warranty "... it will be safer than it's ever been. Because starting today, the United States government will stand behind your warrantee."

.. and from this moment on .. GM will build ONLY what Obama commands .. dictates .. them to build.. and what we want will have not one iota of a meaning to him in any way shape or form.

He cares nothing about us.. you or me or any other American.

He cares about control .. and "changing" this country to be everything we were formed to be free of .. every thing oru Constituion is written to protect us from ... that "outdated document".. in Obama's eyes.

General Motors .. the greatest auto company of all time.. taken calmly into the hand of Obama...

.. and the American people look up ... say "huh".. and go back to their blackness.

They don't realize that another huge huge bite of their freedom has been swallowed by a predator .. a predator who has had his prey in sight and on target long before he stepped into that office of ours.

Oh .. an afterthought .. Obama dictated that NO severance pay would be given to Mr. Wagoner .. a man who gave his life.. thirty years of it.. to the good of this country in the form of working for General Motors.. who has been the source of great jobs for thousands upon thousnads of Americans over those years.

Fortunately his pension money cannot be touched... and what he has there he as earned.

Obama .. you have defiled that office as none of us would ever have believed it could be defiled... and to thinik you were put there by Americans.. the very Americans you are now doing your best to bring down... and I would also guess that no restructuring plan General Motors turned in would have been approved.

Obama intended to run the auto companies.... he said it in his campaign.

It is a seriously black day for our country.

.. and it seems to be marching through loud and strong.

A loud voice of reason has come along to override the voice of madness.

Hurray for German Chancellor Merkel .. and Spanish finance leader Solbes .. and all other European leaders and citizens who have risen up to protest the "new global deal" that Prime Minister Brown plans to propose at the G20 summit .. with Obama ready to fall fully in accordance with.. a proposal to spend even trillions and trillions of dollars more to set the global economy afire .. and fix global warming.

I sure wish that worked for a homeowner .. in debt beyond belief .. trying hard to not spend to be able to make ends meet .. that somehow all he has to do is go out and spend more.. that will take care of his problem.. would just fix everything.

Just like magic.

That beat of reason sure sounds nice.

Hope .. is what it beats.

We have snow today in Michigan.

The global warming joke ... and the burden and fear and guilt it is attmeping to put on the shoulders of even our youngest chldren through far liberal teachers .. is and has already caused more damage to our Americn freedoms than most can imagine ... much less know.. as so little seem to want to get to the real bottom of the non-sensical non-reasoning involved in the madness.

It makes me angry .. just angry .. but that is what Obama wants us all to be .. right?

Oh .. we have had these fears put upon us before.. remember the ozone layer? Our children then feared being sucked up through the ozone hole...

And .. the newest notion .. as we can no longer refer to the terrorists as terrorists .. or the war on terror as a war on terror .... the latest notion is to have those "can't be called terrorists" terrorists from Gunatanamo... released into our borders... into America.... and rehabilitiate them by sending them to school.

This is just unreal.

We are living through a time in which our government has been taken over by terrorists in their own right... for don't proposals like that one put us all in the path of true terrorist attacks?

Should a government that would even suggest putting at large in our neighborhoods those people who have vowed to never stop until we... you and I and our chldren ... are dead... should they .. can they be stopped from allowing that to happen?

It makes me wonder just how much is going on behind all those closed doors in Washington ... those closed doors of this "most transparent administration in history".

Perhaps you can pass this on to Obama,

I have not figured out a way to get through the "transparency" of this administration to make my voice heard .. so can't be sure he would recieve it if I tried to get it to his attention.

However.. he really should know that what is written below is America as we have always known it to be and loved it for... and we would like to keep it thus.

This text is from a county emergency manager out in the western part of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan after a severe snow storm last winter....

Weather Bulletin

Up here in the Northern part of Michigan we just recovered from a
Historic event --- may I even say a "Weather Event" of "Biblical
Proportions" --- with a historic blizzard of up to 44" inches of snow and winds to 90 mph that broke trees in half, knocked down utility poles, stranded hundreds of motorists in lethal snow banks, closed ALL roads, isolated scores of communities and cut power to 10's of thousands.

FYI:
George Bush did not come.
No one blamed the government.
No one even uttered an expletive on TV.

Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton did not visit.

Our Mayor's did not blame Bush or anyone else.
Our Governor did not blame Bush or anyone else either.

CNN, ABC, CBS, FOX, or NBC did not visit - or even report on this
category 5 snow storm.

Nobody demanded $2,000 debit cards.
No one asked for a FEMA Trailer House.

No one looted.

Nobody - I mean Nobody demanded the government do something.
Nobody expected the government to do anything either.

No Larry King, no Oprah, no Chris Matthews and no Geraldo Rivera.

No Shaun Penn, no Barbara Striesand, no Hollywood types to be found.

Nope, we just melted the snow for water.... sent out caravans of SUV's to pluck people out of snow engulfed cars.

The truck drivers pulled people out of snow banks and didn't ask for a penny.

Local restaurants made food, and the police and fire departments delivered it to the snow bound families. Families took in the stranded people - total strangers.

We fired up wood stoves, broke out coal oil lanterns or Coleman lanterns.

We put on an extra layers of clothes because up here it is "Work or
Die".

We did not wait for some affirmative action government to get us out of a mess created by being immobilized by a welfare program that trades votes

Even though a Category "5" blizzard of this scale has never
fallen this early, we know it can happen and how to deal with it ourselves.

Neither the world nor the Government owes you a living or a free ride.

And.. is THIS for real?

Obama and some senators do not like how colleges pick their teams for the Bowl Champion Series.. so they are seriously considereing passing LEGISLATION to determine that. One backer .. or cryer.. I should say .. is Sen. Hatch from Utah.. whose state team was "left out".

Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

Of the people, by the people .. for the people?

The Constitutuion is written to protect that.. but when the people in government begin to think they have a right to use our government as a means to ensure the granting of their personal wants and desires ... or using it to bring about revenge through legislation for some slight they perceivably received at someone's hand .. such as a football team not being invited to a bowl game ... something tells me that the people and the Constitution no longer matter much... and maybe .. just maybe .. we have the wrong people filling those seats in Washington.

Obama says we THE GOVERNMENT WILL PUT METERS in every house that will tell us when to put our lights on and off.. heat on and off.. or who knows what else.. and GOVERNMENT paid (you and I paying .. of course) would install these in every house.... GOVERNMENT HIRED ELECTRICIANS WILL BE MANDATED TO COME INTO YOUR HOME TO INSTALL THESE METERS.. YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO SAY NO TO THEM.

DOES THIS BOTHER YOU?

And .. is THIS for real????

Every Saturday night .. everyone will TURN OFF THEIR LIGHTS for one hour ... as a DEFERENCE to global warming.. and what.. hold hands in the darkness and thank the "god " of global warming for having "mercy " on us and giving us added time to "turn" the "ignorant" in the world who just refuse to pay attention to this global crisis?

THIS as we are struggling to come out of one of the coldest winters in history!

Madness.. Pure utter madness.

What in the world has happened? Where has common sense and reason gone?

Every light in my house and outside of it will be on every Saturday night during that hour .. without a doubt.

Now... how about THIS?

California says NO BLACK CARS .. during daylight hours. Black cars after all absorb heat .. and will cause you to use way too much carbon energy through air conditioning... SO THE GOVERNMENT WILL TELL YOU WHAT COLOR CAR YOU CAN HAVE.

One question stood out last night from the conference with Obama.

It was the question concernting all the "tent cities" going up .. "spreading all across America .. with "one out of 50" children in these United States now homeless and sleeping under bridges ets.

Was that for real??

Believe me.. if there was one child sleeping under a bridge in this country that anyone in this media kniew of.. or for that matter.. Obama.. photos of that chld would dominate every front page of every newspaper in the country.

Of course .. it is politics .. and of course. .the questioners are set ahead of time .. at least most of them.. but it is a new low to what is being played when it can use our children in an attempt to further their plan.

It goes along with how he .. Obama .. plays the gloom and doom .. how he must play it if he wants to gain the control he is trying to grab.

His answer was just nauseating .. how it "breaks his heart" that any child would be sleeping under a bridge.

The using of the people go on.. and it matters not the age or circumstance.

Make the people believe how horrible the state of this country is in... knock the people down as low as you can.

Make them believe they are living in hopelessness.

Once that is accomplished .. hand out the "brass ring"... control.

America? We in America .. living in hopelessness to such a degree that only the government can get us out?

That outrages me .. to think that someone in the Oval Office would portrtay we Americans as inept and helpless to the point that we cannot even begin to know how to take care of ourselves anymore.

It should cause outrage in you too.

Madness.

Obama may sit in the Oval Office.

He can never fill that seat.

As the Obama lovers of Acorn send people to march on the homes in Fairfield .. making such a show of abhorence over what they themselves have set up (by they.. I refer to Obama and those in Acorn.. who work hand in hand .. and is why Obama is giving Acorn millions and millions of dollars from the stimulus plan.. my and your money) .. as they encourage this marching.. Obama plans to ask Congress to give the treasury department.. who of course is Geithner .. alone .. power to seize control of financial companies other than banks.

The government has threatened a 90% taz rate on money that was legally and contractually paid workers ... those workers that these people are marching on.. and those people have caved and given that money back rather than fight the governnment .....

and even as hundreds and thousands march in protest to what is happeingin in Washington.. in the form of "tea parties"... the media stays silent.....

.. and Obama sits and laughs... for all the world to see... laughs at it .. as Geithner no doubt rubs his hands in eager anticipation at the thought of the forthcoming power he will have over so many more still .... and the beat goes on...................

The question appears to be .. in Obama and Geithner's and who knows how many other minds .. how fast can we bring this country down?

How fast and "bloodless" can we conduct this takeover .. while the country still sleeps.....

The speech .. the words.. are so contradictory.

How can the government talk of spening trillions upon trillion of dollars that can only be paid by we the taz payers .. and claim the deficit will be cut in half in a matter of years?

How? Who is going to pay that huge a deficit? You? I?

How?

We don't have the nmoney to do that. All of us together don't have that money .. even if we gave everythihg we earned to the governement for the nezt four years.

It is mindboggling .. so much more so when you see the main media sources backing this takeover of all our freedoms.. and theirs.

How far will it go.. and how fast?

Of the people, by the people , for the people?

Well.. this government has been of the people.. by the people .. for he was voted in .. but it certainly is not a government for the people at this time.. not at all.

The United States of America.

Surely we can survive this .. can't we?

The circus goes on .. the beat gets faster .. the noice louder.

Now Geithner .. running the Treasury department alone.. as far as we all know... laments as to how it is not fair for anyone to spend so much that it puts such a burden on the American people that they and businesses suffer.

Could he be referring to the government spending?

Of course not. He is referring to the bank spending as a good reason for the government to step in and take control of them. After all .. how could the governemtn in good conscience allow an irresponsilbe spending bank server the American people.

It has to be a joke.

How wonderful it would be if it were just a bad joke.

Madness. Absolute madness.

When will the media open their eyes to what is going on?

How can they not?

Oh ... the pattern that Obama has set is so so so obvious.

Gloom and doom and gloom and doom .. and everything is so bad .. that the government just has to step in.. doom and gloom.

Fear.. fear and gloom.

Then laughing .. laughing .. at the problems that he has protrayed as being so huge that the govenment has to step in.. laughing at it... laughing in the same breath he tells of them.

Of course .. ur problems are not so big that we cannot ride with them.. We are still the greatest and strongest country on earth no matter what Obama may want us to believe.

We are the most resilent people on earth who know perfectly well how to take care of ourselves.. and take pride in doing so.

How did we get someone in the Oval Office who has no concept of that?

Is the reason he has no concept of that because of his up bringing.. an emersion into the counter culture from birth .. followed by his twenty years of days of having Jeremiah Wright's words ringing in his ears.. to his conversations with the likes of Bill Ayers.... his introduction and induction into the world of radicalism ..or is it simply that beause of that up bringing he has been left one of the smallest thinking people in our country.. one with the smallest visions of anyone ..completely and totally void of any knowledge of what America truly is all about?

It is a mystery... a mindboggling mystery... to me. .. and this person sits in the seat of the Presidency of this country.

Things .. ominous things .. are happening so fast in this administration .. it is hard to keep up. This which follows is an add-on to what was written earlier today.... and this is from the Los Angeles Times.....

Barack Obama was elected commander in chief promising to run the most transparent presidential administration in American history.

This achievement and the overall promise of his historic administration caused the National Newspaper Publishers Assn. to name him "Newsmaker of the Year."

The president is to receive the award from the federation of black community newspapers in a White House ceremony this afternoon.

The Obama White House has closed the press award ceremony to the press.

From the president's official schedule:

"Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will attend a reception with the National Newspaper Publisher Association in the State Dining Room, where they will be presented the Newsmaker of the Year award. This event is closed press."

Maybe they'll let the newspaper people pass the award through the fence."

The following was written here earlier today...

Two corporate credit unions have been seized by Federal Regulators after a "stress test" of the credti unions by the National Credit Union Administraton. The NCUA determined the two credit unions ..each with billions in assets..to have "an unacceptably high concentration of risk".

Does this not put a nagging fear in you?

We have people marching on Fairfield Va to harrass the AIG people who recieved legal bonuses... no matter how much we may not like it ...putting those people in fear of their lives.

We have a man in the Oval Office who acts as though he had nothing to do with .. and knew nothing of ... those bonuses being paid when in fact he knew months ago and is the one who insisted that it remain in the stimulus plan.. that allowance for AIG to give those bonuses... and he knows they plan to give more even as he plans to give them more of our money.

He is the second largest benefactor of "bonuses" from AIG after all. He's not against them.

This man stands by and wants us to believe he is the one who wil "correct" all of this .. while he most surely instead gleefully stands and watches the unrest unfold.. for that is how one begins a revolution.

It is the same pattern he uses over and over and over .. and will do whatever he must to make sure that pattern is repeated over and over and over still

Make the people believe they have something to fear.

Pit them against one another any way you can.

Feed the fear.

Feed the anger.

While its brewing.. calmly step onto the Jay Leno scene.. portraying yourself as the cool hip one.

Let the anger fester.

Then calmly step "down" and take over .. with a promise to "take care".

It is Obama we should all be angry at .. not the AIG people in Fairfield. It is Obama we should be worried about for he is the one instigating everything that is unfolding.

As he himself said .. the "buck stops here" .. with him.

It also starts there .. though he is doing quite a masterful job of making the people think it is all everyone else .. that he is simply the "savior".

Do we for the first time have a true reason to fear our government?

Referring to the Keystone Cops concerning the current administration in Washington is an insult to the Keystone Cops.

What we have in Washington .. in the Oval Office and tied to it. .is as insidious as we have seen yet.

As the President waves his hands in "stunned" shock over things he has put in place .. and plans to keep in place... as his "grunts" scramble to deny knowledge .. or whatever they must do to try to fool the people .. to keep them from coming to know the truth.. which if any of us paid any attention to what these people have been saying and doing... we would know... and not have to risk being fooled.... as all this is going on... how much in danger is this country at his.. Obama's .. hands?

He cares nothing about contracts or promises or the Constituion.

He cares nothing about how hard we work to make out lives what they are.

He cares nothing about us as the American people who value what thtis coutnry stands for.

How much real damage will he be allowed to do?

How can he be stopped?

Can he be stopped?

Any intelligent person knows if the economy is left alone.. it will work it's way out and up. It is called self correction. The cycle has always been there.

This cylcle.. this economic situation is only being used as a tool by Obama for his own means.. to mess up this country to the point where he will have .. without the poeple even knowing what has happened.. complete and total control.. simply by making it such a mess.. such a whirling mess. then simply taking the reins.

With the people's eyes closed .. any demon can walk in... without even being noticed.

We .. the American people.. are not stupid. We have simply become ignorant. We have had confidence and blinding trust in our governemt and in what our country is .. not realizing we must keep guard over that we value for there are always thieves who would want to steal it.

Is it too late to keep that which we so value safe .. or will this be a case of "you don't know what you have till it's gone"?

May God help us all... should He think we deserve it.

Among the screaming and fingerpointing by Dodd and Obama at the AIG managers and directors over the bonus brouhaha... did you know that Dodd and Obama were the biggest takers of "bonuses" from AIG during the last campaign?

Now Geithner says the government will get its money back from AIG by taking it out of the 'so many more billion or million' that the government is still planning to give them... he will just deduct from that amount $160 million.

The Keystone Cops would pale to invisible in comparison to what is going on in Washington.

Is there no end to how low this person in the Oval office will go?

The latest is he would have the cost of treatment of our wounded military men be responsible for paying for their own care through their personal health care carriers.

The promise "to care for him who shall have borne the battle". clearly means nothing to this person.

There are no words to how awful this is. None. .. and to think it is the person sitting in the Oval Office of our White House who is even condidering to have this happen is just mind boggling.

Along with this he has commanded that terrorists cannot be called "enemy comabtants".

These are people who want to kill you and I and our children and all of America.

They are not "enemy combatants"?

Friendly combatants maybe?

It is insanity.

You all know what this person is doing. He said he is going to change America.

He meant it.

By the way .. his plans for a "community service" organization have not died. He is pushing this quietly ... an organization "stronger than and more well funded than our military".

Does this alarm you at all? Wasn't there a similar group at one time called something like the SS?

Again I ask.. as I see another photo of Obama with a drink in his hand.. this time a beer at a game of some sort .. and read of the all day "parties" that will be hosted on St. Patrick"s day at the White House.. if President Bush had so flagrantly announced "parties" at the White House as this person is doing.. had he been photographed even once with a drink to his lips..never mind several times... what do you think the media would have done with that?

The disrepect Obama shows toward everything this country has always stood for is downright scary.

The Oval Office is so much bigger than any person sitting in it ever can be. .. but I shudder at the damage that is being done.

A Guantanamo inmate.. a terrorist who would wish us dead .. is given more credibility than most law abiding Americans would be given .. in the form of new headlines giving him voice .. as he criticizes his poor pathetic treatment while incarcerated.

Unbelievable.

Our great country is in a freefall... with people like Hillary Clinton jumping in like a scavenger .. grabbing up what pieces she can to try to mold them into a design of her choosing.

Obama is the architect. He has formed his design and has no doubt he can build it.

I still believe there is a safety net.. the American people.

The letter........

To All My Valued Employees,

There have been some rumblings around the office about the future of this company and, more specifically, your job. As you know the economy has changed for the worse and presents many challenges. However, the good news is this - the economy doesn't pose a threat to your job. What does threaten your job is the changing political landscape in this country.Let me tell you some little tidbits of fact which might help you decide what is in your best interests.

First, while it is easy to spew rhetoric that casts employers against
employees, you have to understand that for every business owner there is a
back story. This back story is often neglected and overshadowed by what you
see and hear. Sure, you see me park my Mercedes outside. You've seen my big home at last years Christmas party. I'm sure all these flashy icons of
luxury conjure up some idealized thoughts about my life.

However, what you don't see is the back story.

I started this company 28 years ago. At that time I lived in a 300 square
foot studio apartment for 3 years. My entire living apartment was converted
into an office so I could put forth 100% effort into building a company,
which by the way, would eventually employ you.

My diet consisted of Ramen Pride noodles because every dollar I spent went
back into this company. I drove a rusty Toyota Corolla with a defective
transmission. I didn't have time to date. Often times I stayed home on
weekends while my friends went out drinking and partying. In fact, I was
married to my business -- hard work, discipline, and sacrifice.

Meanwhile my friends got jobs They worked 40 hours a week and made a modest$50K a year and spent every dime they earned. They drove flashy cars andlived in expensive homes and wore fancy designer clothes. Instead of
hitting the Nordstrom's for the latest hot fashion item, I was trolling
through the discount store extracting any clothing item that didn't look
like it was birthed in the 70s. My friends refinanced their mortgages and
lived a life of luxury. I, however, did not. I put my time, my money, and
my life into a business with a vision that eventually some day I too would
be able to afford these luxuries my friends supposedly had.

So, while you physically arrive at the office at 9am, mentally check in at
about noon, and then leave at 5pm I don't. There is no "off" button for me.
When you leave the office you are done and you have a weekend all to
yourself. I unfortunately do not have the freedom. I eat and breathe this
company every minute of the day. There is no rest. There is no weekend.
There is no happy hour. Every day this business is attached to my hip like
a 1 year old special-needs child. You, of course, only see the fruits of
that garden -- the nice house, the Mercedes, the vacations.... you never
realize the back story and the sacrifices I've made.

Second, the economy is falling apart and I, the guy that made all the right
decisions and saved his money, have to bail-out all the people who didn't.
The people who overspent their paychecks suddenly feel entitled to the same
luxuries for which I dedicated, earned, and sacrificed a decade of my life.


Yes, business ownership has its benefits, but the price I've paid is steep
and not without wounds.

Unfortunately the cost of running this business and employing you is
starting to eclipse the threshold of marginal benefit and let me tell you
why:

I am being taxed to death and the government thinks I don't pay enough. I
have state taxes. Federal taxes. Property taxes. Sales and use taxes.
Payroll taxes. Workers compensation taxes. Unemployment taxes. Taxes on
taxes. I have to hire a tax man to manage all these taxes and then guess
what - I must pay taxes for employing him. Government mandates,
regulations, and all the accounting that goes with it now occupy most of my
time. On Oct 15th I wrote a check to the US Treasury for $288,000 for
quarterly taxes. You know what my "stimulus" check was? Zero. Nada. Zilch.

The question I have is this: Who is stimulating the economy? Me, the guy
who has provided 14 people good paying jobs and serves over 2,200,000
people per year with a flourishing business or the single mother sitting at
home pregnant with her fourth child waiting for her next welfare check?
Obviously, government feels the latter is the economic stimulus of this
country.

The fact is if I deducted (Read: Stole) 50% of your paycheck you'd quit and
you wouldn't work here. I mean why should you? That's nuts. Who wants to
get rewarded only 50% of their hard work? Well, I agree which is why your
job is in jeopardy.

Here is what many of you don't understand ... to stimulate the economy you
need to stimulate what runs the economy. If suddenly the government
mandated to me that I didn't need to pay taxes guess what - instead of
depositing that $288,000 into the Washington black-hole I would have spent
it, hired more employees, and generated substantial economic growth. My
employees would have enjoyed the wealth of that tax cut in the form of
promotions and better salaries. But you can forget it now.

When you have a comatose man on the verge of death, you don't defibrillate
and shock his thumb thinking that will bring him back to life do you? Or do
you defibrillate his heart? Business is at the heart of America and has
always been. To restart it you must stimulate it, not kill it. Suddenly the
power brokers in Washington believe the poor of America are the essential
drivers of the American economic engine. Nothing could be further from the
truth and this is the type of change you can keep.

So where am I going with all this?

It's quite simple.

If any new taxes are levied on me or my company my reaction will be swift
and simple. I fire you and I fire your co-workers. You can then plead with
the government to pay your mortgage note, your SUV, and your child's
future. Frankly, it isn't my problem any more.

Then I will close this company down, move to another country and retire.

You see, I'm done. I'm done with a country that penalizes the productive
and gives to the unproductive. My motivation to work and to provide jobs
will be destroyed and with it my citizenship.

So, if you lose your job it won't be at the hands of the economy; it will
be at the hands of a political hurricane that swept through this country,
steamrolled the constitution, and will have changed its landscape forever.
If that happens, you can find me sitting on a beach, retired, and with no
employees to worry about .....

Not quite four weeks in office..... and we have lies and deceit and false promises all over the place coming out of this new admisnistration in Washington.

The first and foremost concern at this moment is the hypocrisy in Obama's words concerning the Buffalo plane crash.. in which he praised the widow of the 9/11 victim who now has lost her life.

He.. Obama.. on last Friday... DROPPED the charges against a terrorist in Gitmo which he has promised to close. He DROPPED the charges on the terrorist who was to have been faced with charges on the following Monday.

He has ordered Gitmo be closed within a year .. and then what.. bring those terrorists in to our courts to be tried as American citizens?

How DARE he have the audaciity to praise the woman who lost her husband at the hands of those same men he feels so sorry for?

HOW DARE HE?

Now....

Debbie Stabenow.. senator from Michigan...her denial of having anything at all to do with the push to shut down the only voice of reason left in this country.. in other words the truth... those radio programs who dare to speak opposition to that which this adminiostration wishes us to believe though it has nothing to do with the truth... is that denial the truth? Her name and Tom Harkin's are the ones linked to pushing for hearings Washington for just that purpose.

The stimulus bill... more than 1000 pages.. is reported to be shrunken to 700+ pages.. a lie.

The cost of the stimulus plan.. said to be down to under 700 billion.. (doesn't that make you feel good?) .. is proven to have a final total bill of $3.7 TRILLLION !

Obama vehemently stated there is no pork in this bill. That doesn't even need responding to..

Shumer stated that Americans do not care about pork. No response needed there either.

It was promised that the bill would be put online for the public to read 48 hours.. (YAY!) before the expected vote time... it was a lie. It never apperared.

The stimulus bill .. now over 1000 pages.. was released to the CONGRESSMEN to review at 11 P.M.. online .. THURSDAY night.. with a vote expected to take place at NINE A.M. on Friday.. today!

Lobbyists recieved a copy of the bill before the Congressmen.

The response.. when questioned about the madness of this.. was... by some administration standin.. '... I am sure there is nothing in there that would be a surprise to any one them..........' . and that was supposed to SATSFY the Congressmen.

This is your money.. and mine.. and that of your children and grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grand chilren they are playing with.

If you want to imagine a trillion dollars.. it is said to think all the way back to when Christ was born... .and that is how far back it would stretch .. one TRILLION dollars.. and that is only ONE.

Transparency was a huge promise... and has turned out to be the biggest lie of all to this point.. and the most dangerous.

Obama proudly and blatantly announced how the Caterpillar company would be hiring men back IF the stimulus bill passes.. a company which had just layed off 20,000 + employees.

Time came to prove that the man from Caterpillar said no such thing .. that in fact they would probably have to lay off more before things got better... and this man was quoted saying this.

Obama lied. To try to enhance the benefits of this trillions of dollars he wants you to tell him he can spend... to try to make it look as though it could possibly do some good for this country.. which it can't.. he lied. Period. He lied... at the expense of an executive at Caterpillar who never said what Obama purported for him to have said.

Three and one half weeks in office.. and the Capitol.. which is still mostly unable to be reached due to busy phone lines. full circuits and full mailboxes... is becoming by the minute a symbol of a fortress being cut off and "protected" from we .. the people.. the citizens of the United States of America.

Three and one half weeks.

Is Obama's goal to strike to the point of paralyzing every enterprise in the private sector?

Look at the private aircraft industsry.

There are companies who did what other companies in the past have done.... accepted "loans" from the government. This in turn seems to have prompted Obama.. who sits in the office in the Oval Office.. to believe he has the right to dictate to these companies what they can or cannot do from this point on.

One of these "dictates" is to humiliate these companies concerning the use of private corporate jets.

To my astonishment.. these companies promptly bowed and landed those jets. They should have asked us .. the taxpayers .. if we minded if they still used their jets.. for it is our money they borrowed.

Anyhow.. this is having its backdoor effect on the makers of those private jets....as they layoff employees due to a drastic fall in new orders.. and then what about the loss of pilot jobs and all other jobs that go with the flying of those planes?

Is this ultimately then the goal... to paralyze any private industry to the point of taking the breath out of it? Is this the way Obama and his crew will slowly suck the life out of everything this country has ever stood for... everything that makes it great?

Of course.. once an industry lies at death's door.. the government can then step in acting as its "savior"... all strings attached.

I try to reach the Capitol by phone to object to how my money is being proposed to be used. The circuits are full or the phone isn't answered or the mail boxes of the congressmen I am attemping to reach are full. There must be thousands upon thousands of people feeling as I who are also trying to reach the Capitol .. for it has been this way for the past three weeks.. day and night .. those phone lines and mail boxes.

Is anyone behind those doors listening to we the people?

Is America in peril?

Three weeks.

He has been in office for three weeks.

Four years less three weeks.

Can we survive?

A look at what will happen with this "stimulus" plan in effect.. a note from General Motors... a postdate from the government "loans" to General Motors.

To keep in line with government mandates following the loan to General Motors.. it .. General Motors... is forced to layoff thousands more.

Produce jobs? Hardly.

Of course. the people being layed off are white collar people.. not the union people.. the "haves" as called by the so called "have nots".

Planned that way?

This is what the "stimulus" plan will do for this country .. as the man sitting in the Oval Office of the White House .. along with theose for whom he is the puppet ... gets on full course to gain control of every aspect of this country.

Man takes for granted that which he has till it is lost.

A quote to think about while this getting close to a trillion dollars stimulus plan is to be voted upon... this concerning the great "stimulus" spending done in the New Deal with FDR as president....

Henry Morganthau, conceded this fact to Congressional Democrats in May 1939: "We have tried spending money. We are spending more than we have ever spent before and it does not work. And I have just one interest, and if I am wrong ... somebody else can have my job. I want to see this country prosperous. I want to see people get a job. I want to see people get enough to eat. We have never made good on our promises ... I say after eight years of this Administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started ... And an enormous debt to boot!"*

Can it possibly be better for us?

In case you haven't notice .. there is a real war going on in our country right now ... and it is based on those who have and continue to work hard for their money against those who just do not care to work hard for anything.... or if they are ... hold a horrible resentment against anyone making more than them.. no matter how hard or how long or what the toll in life has been for that one making more.

We have a man in the oval office who is using every negative emotion in those "who would like to have but don't really want to work to get it" people for his own personal drive for power and control .. to be used against all those who are driving the growth and prosperity of this country... the corporations, companies and executives of those companies.

We have a man in the oval office who will do all he can to take advantage of every single thing that he can in this country to use against us .. the American people who value and would give their lives for the freedoms we have as Americans.. and all those who have given their lives so we can live with those freedoms protecting us.

The fact that we have had and will always have corrupt people in high places is no different from the fact that we have had and always will have corrupt people in all stratas of life.

We are not in a battle of morality.

We have always had downturns in our economy .. it is the cycle of the free market system.

We are not in a battle for the life of the economy of our country.

How did we get where we are today with our government?

Do you ever ask yourself that?

If any of us as American citizens did what these people have done... we would be in jail... or at least threatened with it.

Not pay your taxes to the tune of thousands and thousands... then be given a high five and a good old boys slap on the back and kept in the club.. to become the next heads of the President's cabinet?

If we did to other Americans what our government is planning to do to us... steal to a felonious degree.. we would certainly land in jail.

The almost one trillion dollar "stimulus" plan is just that.. a grand felonious theft of your hard earned dollars... and once this government gets that in their hands.. there will be no stopping them to get more.

Call your senators.. people. Call your senators... put the pressure on.

Obama... he has done his best to dumb down the people in this country... now he is attempting to dumb down the seat of the Presidency.. with t-shirts and jeans in the Oval office.

Respect?

How in the world can I respect a person such as that .. who would spit on everything our founding fathers worked for so we could be free form a repressive.. oppressive government... spit on it all as he attempts to reform our government into the most repressive.. oppressive government seen?

We can cause a huge turnover in two years... but how much damgae will be done by then?

Cocktail parties, Super Bowl party, West Wing invites, Personal phone calls.. Whatever it takes to win you over.. Congressmen... Obama and his people will do.

They .. the liberals ... will even run an ad aimed at a private citizen's opinions.. making it look as though that citizen had something to do with the non partisan passage of the near trillion dollar spending spree that our federal government wants to go on with my and your dollars.

This vote has nothing to do with any single private citizen. Our Republican representatives voted against it because they see it for what it is.. the largest spending spree ever in history by our govenrment .. of my and your dollars.

Here is how the ad will run... in three states that Obama won....

“Every Republican member of the House chose to take Rush Limbaugh’s advice,” says the narrator after playing the conservative talk radio giant’s declaration that he hopes Obama “fails.”

“Every Republican voted with Limbaugh — and against creating 4 million new American jobs. Let's hope that every Senator will vote against tis bill not because anyone tells them too.... but because of what it is.. the most serious threat we have ever faced to the downfall of our economic system as we know it.

What else is new?

Well. the president of Iran is demaning an apology from Obama. Wonder if it will be in the letter he.. Obama .. is contructing to send to Iran?

Obama continues to lie to the Americans concerning this economy... which is not even close to what it was in the Depression years. It isn't as bad as it was in the early 80's.. and if the government steps out.. it will all take care of itself as it always has...but.... fear .. hopelessness.. those have to be instilled into the people to be able to get the control of the people. Make them believe how bad it is.. how hopeless it all is.. then step in and offer everything to them on a silver platter.

It is exactly what he attempts to do.. even as he outright lies to the people.

Today he stood up and said the economyshrunk in 2008.. which is an outright lie. It grew in 2008 .... more than it grew in 2001... 1.3 in 2008 against 0.8 in 2001. So we are not in the worst shape since the deprssion days after all.

Today he has added to his running total of jobs lost.. attempting to make us believe in the complete failure of our economy.... just as he ran a running total of lives lost in Iraq as he tried to make the people believe what a failure Irag was.

Also.. this bill .. this great economic bill ... Obama says.. will be nowhere near enough.. it is only a beginnning....

Where will the end be?

It is time for every single senator who is so blindly backing this bill because it is Obama's.. to step back from partisanship and begin to fight for the preservation of our freedom as the founding fathers of this country intended them to be... which we have all taken so for granted because this is America.

Obama is here to change it.

Will you allow him to do that?

There are those who say there is too much being written about Obama.

I would agree with that only if I could be assured without a doubt that only those who see Obama for who he so clearly appears to be are the ones who read all those writings.

If there is a chance in a million that just one person reads those writings and sees for himself finally what this country is up against with that perosn sitting in the Oval office.. then I have to disagree wholeheartedly with anyone who finds all those writings annoying.

Today we read where a Democrat coalition is attempting to cause a backlash against a private citizen because they do not like what that citizen is saying.

Our elected representatives are attempting to do this... members of Congress.. our government... with the person sitting in the Oval office apparently backing them.. for he was the first to say to the representatives that they "cannot " listen to him.. this private citizen.. .. if things are to get done... etc...

We are Americans.. protected by the Freedom of Speech Amendment. We have a right to say what we believe and a right to listen to whom we wish... and that applies just as surely to one person as to another in this country.

This is our government today.. and the person sitting in the Oval Office seems to be as sly and sneaky as anyone.. as he speaks one thing out of one side of his mouth.. then goes to the opposite side to soothe as he must the feathers caused by what came out of that other side.

This is not a leader.

This is a manipulator.. and is he so skilled that he can even fool some of our top executives in the country.. or do they just feel it is necessary to "play the game" for the sake of survival?

By the way.. every single dollar of the almost trillion dollar "stimulus" plan concocted by them should be given back to from whom it came .. to the TAXPAYERS.

Can you imagine what would happen to this economy if every one of those dollars was put back in the hands from whom it was taken? Wouldn't that be preferrable to spending it on ACORN and condoms?

And yes .. I did mean "taken"... after all.. our government does not make money.. it takes money.. and I say give it back instead of wasting it. Common sense... isn't it?

It is another sad day for our freedoms.

And now we have the government telling who can and who cannot have jet planes for use in companies.. who can remodel thier offices and who cannot... even as millions and millions of our dollars are being proposed to be used for such organizations as ACORN.. which is no more than a voter fraud group..a group already preparing its way to get Obama reelected in four years.

Of course .. they have the right now to tell these companies what they can or cannot do.. for "they" leant them money.... and nothing is free. The government of course believes it is now their right... never mind that the govenment has no money.... as it is all mine and yours they are using to gain that control.. but of course they believe they have the right to order those companies around.

How do you think they will treat you.. once you tell them you want health coverage from them? Think it will be any different.. that they will give it to you and then allow you to do as you please with it?

Don't be a fool.

Nothing is free .. nothing.. and every single thing you want the government to do for you will cost you a piece more of your freedom.

Total control.. they will be satisfied with nothing less.

Hmmmmmmmmm......

.. the closing of Guantanamo with the possibility of the terrorists being taken into our prisons to be perhaps tried as civilians and released some day into our society... after all the countries they come from won't have them back.. and .. we are humane .. are we not????

.... millions of dollars to pay for abortions all over the world.. after all .. this is an economy booster .. you know.. because people cost money....and don't we wnat to boost the economy?????

... individual states are given the right to set their own individual demands for auto emissions to counter this horrible global warming.... after all ... we can't risk having the planet implode on itself within ten years.. now can we.... so what if the car companies are pushed way beyond their common sense abilities and so what if most of the world is suffering through record breaking cold temperatures??????

.... Obama attacks a citizen with words.. telling our representatives who they should not listen to.. after all.. they don't have enough intelligence of their own to know what is real and not.. do they???????

... a trillion dollar economic stimulus plan.. that will not have any effect if any until at least 2010 or 2011.... filled with millions and millions of dollars of pork which again is paying off Obama's political debts.. so what if we the people are the one's paying for them????????

.. oh.. a $300 to seniors promised... sort of as an afterthought.. in this great stimulus plan.... after all we don't want anyone to feel they are being left out... other than the upper rich of course.. those making over $250,000... who can easily afford to carry the whole country!!.

..Obama will work really hard to put a stop to executive "compensation".. will work on "executive compensation reform".... after all .. who deserves to make more than that person who never.. through no fault of his own of course.. even finished school??????????????

All of this and not even a week has passed since the inaugeration.

Perhaps we are about to take a rough four year ride?

It is our very base values at stake... being threatened as never before by the very person who sits in the seat of the Presidency of our great country.

This has to be a nightmare...........................

There is only one thing to say... we all owe it to our freedom .. to this great country of ours as it is and as it was meant to be... to keep a way beyond close watch on Washington.. and way beyond close contact with our representatives in government.

This President is not here to work for us. He is here to work to change this country into something we will not be able to recognize if he is allowed to have his way.. which he confidently expects to get... and it has already been shown loud and clear in his first three days in office that he expects to get it. It remains to be seen what will happen if he is not bowed down to by those he expects to bow down to him.. which is everyone.

He is not here to work for us.. he is here to work for himself.. to make himsself the greatest leader of all time... with an ego to fit.

It is our country. It was formed to become free of an oppressive government by people who put their lives on the line to be free... the Pilgrims.. and those who followed.

Do we even have a right to ignore what they sacrificed so all those following could enjoy freedom .. and allow this President to undo it all?

I still would hope to be wrong about this man ... but his first three days in office have not been promising to that end.

"Rules For Radicals" by Saul Alinsky comes to mind over and over and over again... a lesson in how to attract an adoring and thankful crowd...

... show them how bad they have it.. how horrible everything is.. pound on it over and over and over again.. till you have them bowed down with depression and angst in hopelessness .. then... raise your hands and give them HOPE............and they will eat out of your hands..........

He certainly has done that.. and those people who can't think for themselves have bowed down.

Labels mean nothing to him .. what party he represents means nothing to him. He will be leader and all will follow. He will build the greatest legacy of all times. He will use whoever and whatever he must to achieve that.

You and I are merely pawns to be used in his climb to the top .. and the Presidency of this country is not the top... I would guess. .for him.

I get the feeling he aims for the world.

The Presidency of our country is merely a stone to use along the way.

And so it begins.. the new "transparency".. with reporters and photographers being blocked from the Whte House.. at least part of it.

Let the media now see what they have brought about...........

The first thought in President Obama's mind .. if we are to gauge it by his actions .. was to end the "horrible" Guantanamo Bay prison experience.... to be closed in a year. You must look up for yourself how "bad" that experience has to be for those poor prisoners .. who would have no qualms whatsoever to kill you and everyone around you if they had the chance.

How can I say that? Easy. It is what they have avowed.

Soft on terrorism? Compassion for those who have killed so many of our fellow Americans?

All I can say is thank God we had President Bush who was not afraid of standing up and doing whatever had to be done for the sake of our security... for not having allowed his compassionate nature for human beings to come between him and his belief and knowledge of what the terrorists true aims were and still are to this day.. to destroy America.

Do we have a President now who is telling them.. those same terrorists... that the door is opening.. softening?

Does this President really believe he can "talk" those terrorists out of their goal?

If so.. all that President Bush has done will be undone before we can blink.

Thank God for the seven years of quiet on our shores we have had ... from 9/11 to today.

I pray that quiet isn't coming to an end.

It seems many Americans looked at yesterday as a day of hope and renewal... but for what?

Have you ever heard an American President tell us .that the American people must "lower its sights"?

I heard a President who told us we are failing and falling apart and have no confidence and are just unable to help ourselves in any way at all... that our roads and bridges are falling apart.. our electric grid is a mess... our schools are complete failures... our economy is the pits... our sense of social responsibility is horrible... our use of energy is destroying us... our greed has brought us down.. ... this after a large group of onlookers booed and hey hey'ed President Bush out of office.

Have we ever done anything right .. other than that.. that booing?

I heard a President who told us .. however.. that we don't have to worry... our government will finally do what it is supposed to do.. step in and do what we have been unable to do... take care of us.. in every way.

I don't know about you.. but that sets an alarm ringing in me strongly and insistently.

However .. we are the most resilient people in the world.. and we can do whatever it is we must.. and will do.. to preserve our freedom.. our country.

Change?

To what?

Sure .. we humans can make a mess of things.. but. .it's called life and we Americans have always done what it takes to clean up our messes... thank you.

We do not need our government telling us how to live in any way.

We need watchful eyes.

Whatever hope and renewal we need can only come from we the people ..as always.... doing whatever it is we must ... because that is who we are.

Lower our sights? Pardon me, Obama ( sorry.. I cannot call you Mr. President .. I respect that seat too much) that is an insult to everything we Americans stand for .. a slap in the face of our freedoms.. our independence as individuals... everything we are... and to all the people who have sacrificed with their lives to make sure it stays that way.

Lower our sights? That is a complete denigration of the American dream itself.

Watchful eyes... as this new era enters...... we will all need watchful eyes.

Happy New Year.. everyone! We as Americans will do what we must to deal with what it brings... whatever that may be. We always do.

In the meantime.. right now Barack Obama seems to be as confused about how he is going to be the President as I am becoming about him.

Upon reading about his proposed spending programs... many hundreds of billions of dollars ... I shuddered. Then I read his latest address and shuddered again... especially at the part pertaining to wanting to create more jobs.. with our tax money..... 300, 000 million jobs.. 20% of which would be government jobs.

GOVERNMENT jobs????

The only way we can maintain our country as we know it is to have someone stand up and say .... and MEAN it ....

"Government needs to be downsized."

"Government has way outgrown its original purpose... thus has become dangerous to its citizens."

"The government has no right to take away any more money from the people it is supposed to be working for."

"The government can no longer continue to spend money it does not have."

"Government's job is not to 'create' jobs for people using the money those who are working are earning. Let the people create the jobs."

"Government has no business getting into the business of the people it is working for.... the citizens... we Americans."

"Government's purposes are to protect the rights of we the citizens and to provide for the security of our nation.... which is a long cry from what those in government have come to percieve THEIR purpose is."

"A seat in the government offices does not give anyone the right to infinge on any rights of any single American."

"A seat in the government offices does not give anyone the right to take any American's money from them in order to spend it on something that will ensure the keeping of that seat."

As I listen to Obama and all those in government who have the answers... all of which seem to involve the diminishing of our freedoms .... I wonder... have we gone way beyond the point of no return?

I will always hope not.. of course.

There must to be someone with a big enough voice left with some common sense.

There just must be.

President-elect Obama readies his cabinet .. sets up for his inauguration. Reading of his choices ... another view of him takes shape in my mind.

He is an opportunist with every move. Every pick of his is calculated by what he can gain from that pick .. not necessarily what the country can gain. He is very pragmatically picking and choosing in a way that will seem to satisfy in one way or another every side of America.

His choice of minister to speak the benediction at the inauguration seems to point that fact out to me more than anything.

Here is a pastor who speaks strongly against gay marriage. Obama is very vocal about his support of the gays in their quest. Does Obama mind that he is causing angst among the gays with his choice? No. He cares about the fact that this man will speak to the conservatives who are against gay marriage and sway them to his side more than they have been .. for he knows they will approve of this choice.. causing them to overlook his ..Obama's...opposition to the view of that pastor concerning gay marriages.. while being against gay marriage at a personal level.

Every pick ... every nod he gives to someone .. is made with that same motive.. which is ... :make them trust me more:. Once they trust him more.. he will then have free range to do all that he wishes to do... right under their noses.

I do not trust this man. His first concern is not and never has been the welfare .. the best interests .. of the American people. His concern is not preserving the freedoms of this country.

I see him as he makes his "well rounded" choices as an extreme "manipulatist" who has one design in mind.... to not only rule this country .. but maybe even be god of the whole world.

Even as I reflect on this matter.. another has come forward that uncovers just how manipulative the liberal government in this country is.

I live in Michigan. If you own a home based child care facility in this state and care for children whose families qualify for state funds, you are now by force a part ot the UAW.

How were the cay care facilites informed of that state of affiars? They all recieved a letter stating that all daycares in Michigan are now part of the UAW ... United Auto Workers union... and thus "dues" would be paid via a decuction from their bimonthly paychecks from the stated.

Oh.. all the proper procedures were followed of course.. as they "organized".. and in the process... as they state in the letter.. "working with the governor and legislature".. they succeeded in getting approval for a small but significant "raise" in state subsidies to the daycare providers who care for children of families who qualify for state aid... and thus are really going to be great for all child care providers.

What is not stated is that in getting that "raise" approved.. the governor in turn took away ten hours / pay period / child that is funded by the state. the "raise" in truth amounts to a $15/child/pay period CUT in daycare provider's pay.

The daycare owners have no recourse in this.. had no say in this.. and what in the world does the United Auto Workers have to do with CHILD DAYCARE? This just tells me how completely they have each other in their pockets... the UAW and our great state government.. most of all our governor.

It is simply another way for the unions to gain access to the citizens' hard earned money... for the government to gain more control...and the whole irony is that the money they are taking away is all our money to begin with .. for the government can do nothing without the use of our hard earned money .. mine and yours .. in the form of "taxes" and now "fees" or "dues" such as those being taken from we.. the child care providers in Michigan.

Also.. as they profess to be there to "coordinate, enhance and improve the delivery of quality care in home-based settings ... through advocacy, training, retention, skill development and management of contractual relations with child care providers.." ... they have developed another layer of goverment .... at our expense of course... and caused daycare expenses to rise for those families who can least afford it ... those who qualify for state funds.. for someone must pay those dues.

Upon calling the offices that represent this farce ... a recording is activated telling you that "due to the transition being made from "voluntary" staff to "paid " staff.. there is no one available to take your call."

One more.government agency.. one more layer of sick government beauracracy.... and it all says communism to me.

Every single sick part of it.

The citizen.. in this case the daycare provider .. has no say whatsoever in any of it... except to tell the families whom they have in their care.. as daycare providers .. .that they just can't help them anymore. It is the only way to get the UAW out of their pockets.

What humanity is there in that?

I would guess the only time we will ever have any communication from this "arm" of the UAW is when they take more money from us.

Our government.. of the government, by the government, for the government... and all those they conspire with.

What is happening in our great country?

Has there ever been a time when our politicians care so much only of their individulal gains from their political positions .. with no thought whatsoever of the consequences of their actions to the people of the United States?

Every vote .. every statement .. seems to be intended only for the direct benefit of the individual. .. a government of the government, by the government , for the government.

Do we the people even have a voice anymore?

Candidates say what they need to say and promise to get the vote. They are trusted to mean what they say. Do any of them anymore?

Just wondering.

Just what business does Congress have in acting as though it is the judge and jury of the whole country? How and when did this "control" thing step in? Has it really been as overnight as it seems or has it been working its way to the top for generations and only taken this long to arrive there?

Just wondering... and wating.

Perhaps President Bush's words bear repeating here....

``History has shown that the greater threat to economic prosperity is not too little government involvement in the market, but too much,'' Bush said. ``Our aim should not be more government, it should be smarter government.''

The Obama run should be interesting.

President elect Obama.... along with so very many others it seems.... goes along with the idea that our car companies have been "mismanaged" for decades.... and therefore have brought on their problems themselves. The politicians want the labor force to give ... which they should...as they are a part of the problem....but where is the government's responsibility to give..or take.. take the mandates off?

It is to the car company's huge advantage that the "bailout" failed in Congress.. as written by the Congressmen. The auto execs will find a way to survive ... free of the control of Congress... which has no business thinking it has the right to control any business in this country.

Oh the madness of it all....................... as I think of the billions just handed to the banks and places like AIG... billions with not a question asked.. not a promise for payback..nothing.

The car companies asked for a 25 billion dollar loan and have been treated by Congress like a bunch of ignorant chldren who need to be taught what life is all about .. and were interrogated like criminals.

Why did they bow before Congress as they did?

Just when and how did the madness start?

This bears mentioning as we wait to see exactly what side of free marketing our president elect will finally sit on.....

..words of wisdom... from President Bush.. amidst all the angst of how in the world government should FIX everything... words spoken at the Group of 20 leaders conference in Manhattan... as he urged leaders of the world's biggest economies not to abandon free- market capitalism as they seek an escape from the financial crisis, calling it the ``best system'' for delivering growth......that policy makers should resist the urge to meddle too much in markets as they seek to reverse the financial and economic turmoil now engulfing the world.

``History has shown that the greater threat to economic prosperity is not too little government involvement in the market, but too much,'' Bush said. ``Our aim should not be more government, it should be smarter government.''

There is the hand of reason and common sense and balance and steadiness.

Do you think Obam is listening? Is he hearing? Are any of the Democrats in Washington?

The irony of what follows is delicious.

In the not too distant past .. Nancy Pelosi was threatening to "sue" OPEC .. as oil prices soared beyone what any of us could bear.

Today a barrel of oil is selling for around $50. Gas is a wonderful $2.00/gal average.

The cry today is "TAX" it .... the price of gas is ruining the "green" agenda.

Oh what a wonderful effect this "global warming" has had on us all. Oops.. pardon me... it is now "climate change".

What has happened to man and reason and common sense? It seems to be something in very very slim supply these days.The following statement proves that point beyond a reason of a doubt.

Carbon dioxide is a pollutant.

For those of you who may not know... we exhale carbon dioxide with every breath we take and plants ingest it. Without carbon dioxide there could be no life.

Tax gas because the price is too low????

Michigan has been the "single state recession" state of the nation for a while now.

Governor Granholm has been on a mission to remake the state in her own image .. as the number one "alternative energy" state of the nation.

She has had a 2 billion dollar "job fund" to work with to jet around the world the past years "buying" or "bribing" companies who would dare come to Michigan... my words. The thing is... no one can say where the 2 billion dollars has come from .. and the fact that this state has been crumbling has had no bearing on a thing the governor has done.

I know of no company that has moved in yet... for all her jetting around.

There has been no public reaching out in any way to make the burden of doing business in this state easier for any of the companies here who have made this state nor has there has been any reaching out to the residents of this state in any way to make the cost of living easier. The only way she has reached out is to say she "needs" more "revenue".

Yet.. she offered the golden carrot to Hollywood.. offering a 40% tax cut if they come to do business in her state.

When asked why the businesses already established in the state should not get the same break.. her reply was "...well.. we have to get revenue from somewhere you know."

The "first gentleman" of the state ... Governor Granholm's husband .. has his own pitch for his speaking services on the home page of the Michigan.gov site and has been hired by the governor to do who knows what . He has at least three assistants who are paid in the $100,000 range. His salary has not been revealed.

This high spending governor has been placed on the Obama "transition" team with .. I believe .. a say in the financial end. Do you wonder if that placement had anything to do with a debt to the state for the support of Obama by the unions?

Just wondering.

Talking about unions... do you think perhaps the unions have something to do with the tough times the auto companies are having? What kind of company can afford to pay wages ... including the benefits ... of $70 - $80 dollars / hr. to their workers and not end up one day broke? Yet.. it is the management of these companies who are responsible for figuring out how to keep all those jobs intact while growing the profits who are expected to give up their salaires... through government demands.

Oh .. the inept management teams of those corporations .. such as AIG.. who have been bailed out by OUR money .. so their managers can continure on their luxurious spa breaks... should definitely be cut. They should be exiled... but thanks to the government.. they are preserved .. and given more of our money to splurge on.

The auto companies' mangagers have been working as no others to keep things intact .. yet the government would put restrictions on their pay?

The auto companies?

WELL.... Obama wants to give them as much as $50 BILLION .... BUT ... along with that he will appoint a CZAR over the car companies.. whose job it would be to oversee the "restructuring" of the auto companies.

A CZAR???

Are we not America?

"Government money"??????

The government has no money. It has hijacked ours.. mine and yours.

Fifty billion dollars .... a czar????

Communism... anyone?

No one can blame this on Bush.. it was the Democraic congress .. along with many stupid Republicans who passed that "bailout" bill....and it was such a dire emergency!

Since when were loans not enough????? What's with the "bailout" term?

When will our debts be "forgiven"? After all .. it is our money that is "forgiving" everyone else's debts.

What a strange time we live in.

Has the whole world gone mad ... or have we just seen the end of "freedom" for at least four years? What will be left at the end of the next four years? What will be left by the end of January 2009?

I wonder where these people are coming from.... who are not just running to be our President... but are running to be our dominators....with agendas all written out in their heads about what we will do and won't do... from our living room lights to our oil companies to our auto makers and who knows what else in between.

We .. the people.... do have minds.

We... the people...... do have capabilities of thought.

We.. the people... are quite able.

We.. the people ....have been doing quite fine.. thank you.

We.. the people....are not looking for a dictator.

At least this part of we the people isn't.

This was written quite some time ago.. and as time has passed my convictions of Barack Obama's philosophy has ony been enforced. He will with no doubt in my mind bring about "change" to this country that no true freedom loving American would ever choose.

Our media.. the mainstream media... is out to destroy McCain and Palin at any cost. Why? What do they have to gain with Obama as president?

We need someone in the Oval office who will work in every way possible to get this government of ours back to the people. Is that possible anymore? I have to believe it is of course.

Is McCain that man? I believe he is much closer to that person than Obama. Sarah Palin as his vice presidential candidate gives me hope for this country yet .. if we can only elect them.

Palin's fresh honest view of our country and what it stands for is what America is about. Is it this freshness... this honesty.. this connection with the grassroots American people what the liberals fear most? Is that why they are so desperately hounding her?

We are America and everyone has the choice to back whom they wish.. but the media .. which is .. I thought.. supposed to be unbiased.. is certainly anything but in this race.

It is more important in this campaign more than ever before..I believe...that each of us take the responsibility to really think about what these candidates want to do for us.

Obama wants the government to do everything for us.

Dangerous indeed.

As we draw closer to electing a new president.... it worries me greater than ever of what will happen to this great country of ours if Obama is elected.

Too many people are caught up in his talking without taking the time to research anything about the man and his past and his present ties.

I would strongly advise all of you who really truly care about our freedoms to read all you can concerning Saul Alinsky... who teaches how to begin a "quiet revolution".

Every single thing he teaches has been employed by Obama and his campaigners. Find out who Obama is tied to... after all his campaign was launched in Wiliam Ayer's living room....and wh7y? Obama sat in the pews of Wright's church for TWENTY years... and it didn't mean a thing? Is that even believable?

Post Election Update

A closed wall stands before us now with the election of Barack Obama as our new President-to-be .. and we wait for it to begin to open .. to be able to see in what direction this new President will attempt to lead our country.

No man has ever stepped into the seat of the President of the United States and become greater than that seat. No man can ever step into it and become our dictator.

Barack Obama will be no exception.

Our Constituion... set up with its checks and balances through the three branches ... Executive, Legislative and Judicial... has always been our protector from anyone who would wish to do our freedom harm from within our governmental system.

Certainly there will be enough members of Congress in both houses who value our freedoms as they were given us to be and will stand up to make sure they are protected.

No matter how far left our next President may lean .... no matter how much he may feel he knows better than any of us what is best for all of us... no matter how hard he may work to supress our freedoms .... he is a minority in his views here in the United States.

He was not elected because of his views.

He was elected because of his color.

His color does not matter. His views do.

That being said... let us now keep a close vigil on what will take place with the administration to come. Keep a close watch and let your voices be heard whenever and however you see any one of our freedoms being threatened.

We have that responsibility now.

We are the watchers and the keepers.

Our elected officials will need our support and our reminders of why we elected them..

There are thousands of graves all over the world that will be counting on us to make sure their lives never become what our next President has referred to them as.... wasted.

It may be a scary day in the beginning of a new history chapter for America... but be thankful in one way that Senator McCain and Gov. Palin were not elected at this time... for they would ony have taken on a contnuation of the same treatment as was shown them through the presidential campaign.... and a continuation of the abhorrent treatment that has been shown President Bush.

Barack Obama.. it is all turned over to him. Somehow.. may he come to value what America truly is and stand for in this time ahead.

Somehow.. may he come to be a true American... valuing the Constituion for what a great document it is... as perfect as any human document can be.. a document that has kept this country a beacon for the world for all these years...

... and not simply a "political document" that has "serious flaws" that not even the court system can correct.. flaws that only a "social organization" can make right.

Some day may he come to understand that we do not and never have ....and never will have ... the need of a "national security force" .... "stronger than and as well funded as our military" .

Our freedoms will stand.

This is America.

Obama isn't president yet ... but you would think so if you read the newspapers.. listened to the news.

Where did the integrity of the news people go?

Russia is threatening... seriously threatening.. Iran sits ready with missiles .. our car companies are on the verge of disappearing with the unions sucking them dry ... China is stepping in ... and our taxes will be raised higher and higher as more and more and more money is promised to more and more people... .and where will all that taxpayer money go?

Obama will sit across the table and talk sweetly to our enemies. He will take the money from our corporations and businesses and use it for what???? How many of those corporations and businesses will be forced to close? How many more jobs will be lost? Free trade with our best allies will be scrapped. Our enemies? Obama will negotiate with them.

Paulson apologized to the world for America today. PARDON ME????????? Wasn't enough that OBAMA did that???? What in the world happened to your American pride... pride with REASON????

We need to take the stand we always have... a stand of force in strength and pride in who and what we are. We need to maintain the backbone the millions of people before us has enforced for us....let our enemies know we never have and never will back down.

Will that backbone still be there in enough form to re-strengthen four years from now? Obama has begun to seriously erode it already... before he has even taken the presidential oath. How fast will it be eroded come January?

Obama still definitely plans to not run ... but RULE ... the whole country... and the whole world too.. from the sounds of it.. in every way he possibly can.

Has America ever had a RULER?????

But oh.. I heard a very reassuring voice on a public radio station... declaring .. "how great it is that we no longer have to be just SUBJECTS of our government.. we can now be PARTICIPANTS in it."

HUH????? I have never ever been a subject of my government. Have you??

It's time to dig in .. and remember this too shall pass.

Let's just hope there is enough solid-ground America left to build on once these next four years have passed.
