In some very shattering news tonight Cliff Kincaid reported that Obama's childhood mentor "Frank" is none other than Frank Marshall Davis.This Newsvine reporter writes that Obama's childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was an identified communist. Obama frequently referred to "Frank" in his book Alan Keyes, Obama's republican opponent for the Senate in 2004 also charged him with being a "hard-core academic Marxist." Other commentators like the National Review mention that "for a white woman to marry a black man in 1958, or 60, there was almost inevitably a connection to explicit Communist politics." Another shocking revelation that is just coming to light is that Dr.Rev Jeremiah Wright Jr, Obama's pastor at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago has ties to Minister Louis Farrakhan, in fact Farrakhan "received the "Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright,Jr. Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer" Award at the 2007 Trumpet Gala at the the United Church of Christ, according to Power and control blog. Rev. Wright is reported to be quite anti-semitic. In fact, Rev Wight traveled with Farrakhan to meet Khadafy in 1984. Obama was bapized in that church when he was 26.Obama's advisors have tried to distance him from Wright.

Thank you. I appreciate that. Hare Krsna. I am a disciple in the Gaudiya Vaishnava sampradaya, Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Maharaj of Nabadwip west Bengal. Unfortunately, political communism as it has been practiced is totalitarianism and involves dictatorships. Living in a spiritual ashram is very close to living communally. However, as I said before, the advocates of political communism like Karl Marx, Tolstoy,Franco, etc. were not spiritually inclined.
Every person of integrity will probably agree the slander and libel are wrong, especially when the target is a dead poet who cannot defend himself. Yet this is exactly what is happening. By defaming the character of Frank Marshall Davis, and exaggerating his radical influence on Barack Obama as “Obama’s Communist Mentor” [1] in February 2008, right-wing bloggers seek to portray Barack Obama as unworthy of becoming President of the United States.
They vilify a dead poet who loved the United States, and who was more likely to teach random acts of kindness than disloyalty to young Barack Obama. They deliberately misrepresent the values Obama may have internalized through this relationship, in a transparent attempt to smear Obama’s character.
Like weeds in a garden of truth, such disinformation must be removed at their roots. Unfortunately, the right-wing Internet brigade is very efficient at spreading this disinformation. Fortunately, their credibility can be destroyed in the eyes of people of integrity, through irrefutable proof of their deliberate misrepresentation.
Two of the most egregious misrepresentations are claims that Davis was a “lifelong member of the Communist Party USA,” who was a “Stalinist” because he “stayed with the Communist Party even after the Hitler-Stalin pact” of 1939. These unprecedented claims were made AFTER “Obama’s Communist Mentor,” suggesting they were either fabricated or discovered since February 2008. They should be challenged at their source: Cliff Kincaid (editor of Accuracy In Media) and Bill Steigerwald, associate editor of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, in a 7 June 2008 interview [2].

Mr. Davis' column defends Communists and attacks capitalism with the same vigor as columns appearing regularly in the Daily Worker and other frankly Communist publications. Typical of Mr. Davis' remarks are the following: “Democracy today lies weak and slowly dying from the poison administered by the divident doctors in Washington and Wall Street who have fooled a trusting public into believing that they are the specialists who would save us from the dread diseases of socialism and communism. . . . They hope to hand us fascism disguised as the healed democracy.” (Honolulu Record, July 28, 1949, p. 8). Mr. Davis constantly defended the 11 top United States Communist officials recently convicted in New York on charges of conspiracy to advocate the overthrow of the Government by force and violence. One of Mr. Davis' comments on the case was as follows : “I feel strong sympathy for the Communist minority who are being oppressed for their political beliefs.” (Honolulu Record, October 20, 1949, p. 6). When Mr. Davis' column first appeared in the Record in May 1949, the Record boasted that the author was a member of the national executive board of the Civil Rights Congress. The organization is cited as Communist by Attorney General Tom Clark as well as by the Committee on Un-American Activities. Mr. Davis has signed a number of statements in behalf of Communists under the sponsorship of the Civil Rights Congress; one of these defended was Gerhart Eisler, notorious Communist international agent who escaped jailing for passport fraud by fleeing to the Soviet sector of Germany. Other front organizations of the Communist Party with which Mr. Davis has associated include : American Youth for Democracy, Abraham Lincoln School, National Federation for Constitutional Liberties, League of American Writers, the National Negro Congress, and the Hawaii Civil Liberties Committee.[1]

also, sir it is to be noted that Stanley's parents moved to Mercer island to enroll her in a school there that was also run by communists. there is no doubt that Stanley Dunham and her parents were communists and knew of Barry's contacts with Frank.
