Barbecued Sunny Delite Maple Pork Ribs

Ingredients

- 1 to 3 racks of pork baby back or st. louis ribs

- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup

- 2 cups sunny delite (any flavor)

- 2 Tblsp worcestershire sauce

- 1 Tblsp mustard powder

- 1 Tblsp chili powder

- 3 Tblsp white vinegar

- 3 Tblsp liquid smoke (if available)


Directions:

Cut Racks of ribs in half and place in large Ziploc bag.

Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Let sauce cool to room temperature and add to Ziploc bag containing ribs and refrigerate at least three hours.

Remove ribs from marinade and let sit for thirty minutes. Pour remaining Marinade into a large sauce pan and reduce by half or until thick.

Preheat barbecue on medium setting and place ribs on upper rack. Cook ribs for thirty minutes flipping and basting with thickened marinade every 3-5 minutes making sure not to burn sauce.

Remove ribs and enjoy these super sticky delite maple ribs!
