Barbeque Crabs

Ingredients:

1 kg crabs - cut  halves

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp ginger juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp anchovy stock granules

1 tsp curry powder

a pinch of salt


Method:

Clean and dry crabs after cutting. Marinate crabs with all the ingredients for 4 hours.

Grill on slow charcoal fire until cooked.

Serve.
