Barney Frank, has he really been "outed"

Once again my obsession with the elite media has me wondering how many people know the truth about Barney Frank. There is a huge double standard in congress and the media and it is not something new. The Media has a way of manipulating events in this country.

Barney Frank and His relationship goes deeper than the 40,000 dollars in campaign donations received from Fannie. Barney Frank has had a relationship with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac going back decades. Barney Frank makes no secret he is openly gay. Interestingly enough he had a long term relationship with Fannie Mae executive Herb Moses .They were lovers and Barney referred to Moses as his spouse. Herb Moses was the assistant director for product initiatives at Fannie Mae and was a leader in relaxing lending restrictions, a theme echoed by his Spouse Barney Frank . Frank was pushing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to make bad loans to underprivileged families for much of the 90's while his lover Herb Moses was responsible for relaxing lending restrictions at Fannie Mae. Was there a conflict of interest? They have since broken up.

Barney Frank, the Chairman of the House Financial Service Committee, has been pressuring banks to give risky loans his entire career. This in itself may not be a crime but his refusal and inability to not only see and hear the warning signs coming from all directions may be what finally forces him out of office.

Double standards? Mark Foley became the lead story on every main stream media outlet and was forced into resignation for sending inappropriate e-mail to an underage page. Barney Frank paid 80 dollars for sex with a young prostitute Steve Gobie. Gobie ran a prostitution ring out of Frank's Capital Hill apartment. Frank even went so far as to write letters on Congressional stationary to Gobie's probation officer on his behalf. Frank received a reprimand. Had he been a Republican like Mark Foley I can assure you we would not be in this banking mess we are in today because Mr Frank would never have had the opportunity to be in charge of Finance in this country because the media would have crucified him.

In 1991 Barney Frank and Joe Kennedy lobbied Fannie Mae to ease the lending rules on multi family properties even though they had twice the default rates as single family homes according to the Boston Globe. In 2003 Frank opposed George Bush and the republican led charge to overhaul The Housing Finance Industry. The new plan would set up an agency to supervise Fannie and Freddie. Barney opposed any oversight fearing that it might limit some of these risky loans. He said , "These two entities, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are not facing any kind of crisis."

He also said that "The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing."--- Barney Frank

Barney Frank has obstructed all attempts that may have averted this crisis. He has shown complete incompetence and the American people should be calling for his resignation. Yet the media who does such a wonderful job vetting Sarah Palin for the American people are once again looking the other way to save one of their own.

Mark Foley was forced to resign for sending sordid emails to a young male page while Barney Frank received a reprimand for his relationship with a young male prostitute who ran a prostitution ring from his house. The difference in the outcome of these events was due in large part to the media's coverage of each event. The Mark Foley scandal was front page news everyday. Outrage swept the Nation. The Barney Frank scandal was treated much differently by the media and today, Barney Frank holds one of the most powerful positions on the House floor.

The policies of Barney Frank are largely responsible for the economic crisis we are in today. Will the media report the truth or will Mr Frank be allowed to continue to sodomize the American people?

This is a petition that we wish to give to President Obama, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Senate in regards to the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financial failure that happened in 2008. We want Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts, Representative Maxine Waters of California, and Senator Christopher Dodd of Connecticut investigated for their obvious obstruction of multiple requests by the Bush administration for oversight and accountability into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. On one or more occasions Frank, Waters and Dodd testified as to the fitness of both Fannie and Freddie in public hearings. As recently as last July Frank made public statements that both Fannie and Freddie were fundamentally sound. Waters even praised Franklin Raines (then CEO) of excellent work and he was relieved of his position fairly soon after for unethical bookkeeping practices. 

We want both the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate to conduct their own ethics investigations and we want President Obama by executive order to create a commission to investigate the possibility of criminal activities by these parties.
