5) Confidence, friendly smile and being helpful when recommending a particular product or service to the client.

6) It is vital to find out the needs and wants of the client.

7) Make a tremendous effort to meet your clients demands.

8) Important to close the sale but avoid overselling to the cilent when they have made their decision to buy a particular product or service.

* It is important to be motivated and committed to the value of the service or product.
