My house was built in the 60's so my cupboards in my washroom were old wood. I did not want to build new ones, so what I did was paint them white. I find that to be so much cleaner looking. Then I went to a craft store and bought some thin wood decals to paste on them and I painted them grey to match with everything else. I also bought matching handles and nobs for the drawers. It was very cheap and easy to do.

I always have matching towels in my washroom. Alot of times I cannot find what I want so what I do is I go to fabric stores and buy fringes and sew them on my towels. It is a great way to match everything to what you want it to look like. I also do this with my bathroom mats. All my mats are burgandy and I sewed grey fringe around them. It adds a really nice effect. Have a look.
