Why get into yoga......

What woman doesn't want to be slim, flexible and stress free. I know I want to be. In this multi-tasking world it is most certainly beneficial to have a multitasking work out. One needs a work out that will help get your muscles lean and sleek as well as help the "bad" cortisol hormone dissappear. This is the hormone that packs on belly fat around your waist and if not tackled early enough can help lead to heart disease and Diabetes. ....You will find your gut looking like a beach ball..... Who wants that.?.... That is why I'm introducing to you;...Yoga.

Getting on the Ouuummm of things. ... You will want to find a yoga work out that you like. There are several yoga moves that you can perform that will help you get slim, defined and stress free.Perform at least 2-3 moves skipping a day in between and you will see results in about 3 weeks.

The great thing about yoga is that it helps you get more relaxed. You will feel calmer and with a better mindset, not to leave out a flatter stomach....

For easy to do work outs get a magazine that features yoga moves such as Women's health or Prevention they are great reads, and help you stay motivated by providing easy workouts.

Some yoga moves....to help you get started

Doing moves like the spider to strengthen abs and upper body will help you get on your way to a stress free more defined you. .This exercise will also help stretch your hamstrings, hips, inner thighs and lower back.Lie on your back with arms by your sides. Bring your knee up to your chest while keeping one of your arms to the side,reach out and grab your toes.With every exhale pull your foot towards your shoulder. Take in a few breaths and get your knee straight.. Next lift your chest toward your knee and hold for 3-5 breaths. Lower your leg to the floor and do the other side just the same way.

This is just one example of the yoga moves that you can do.....Doing moves such as a lunge style with arms reaching up almost in prayer like mode called a "warrior" can also help with your slim down and get stress free. Doing a lateral bend and reach will help work your core,shoulders,hamstrings and inner thighs. Who doesn't want to get rid of jiggly thighs and have firm abs?..... right? Any type of stretches that you do, will help elongate your muscles and get you to feel relaxed and stress free in no time.Research yoga and you will most certainly find the work out moves that are to your liking. One thing that you may want to do is ask a friend to join you on your yoga journey. The reason for this, so that you don't get bored and stay motivated to continue with your search for a slimmer stree free body.

Benefits of the yoga routine

Just think about all the benefits that yoga will bring, without all the strenuous workouts this should be even more so of an incentive to get into yoga. Flexibility, mobility, stretchability(think of the perks of that if you are in relationship.) It will most certainly make your relationship get better with all the fun new flexing moves.You will feel energetic, be more concentrated and focused and stress free..What more could you want from such a simple workout. One more thing.. always check with your doctor before starting any workout routine even if it is as moderate as yoga.
