Choosing the right invitations for your Beach Wedding is vital as they will help set the theme and tone for your special day. Your guests will take their cues from the Beach Wedding Invitations that you send out so make sure that you choose carefully once you have decided on the ambience that you want to generate for your wedding day.

You have a few options and I will take you through a few of them below:

• Formal – even with the laid back and beautiful setting of a beach you can still have a traditional and formal feel to your wedding, if you want to go down this avenue then you should chose a fairly elaborate  invitation in a traditional style spelling out the formality of the occasion.

• Semi Formal – If the style of your wedding is going to be informal but not casual then the type of Beach Wedding invitation to best suit this would be a fairly plain invitation with a small beach motif to signify the location, again you want to use the style and the wording on the invitation to convey the atmosphere that you are trying to achieve.

• Informal – with an Informal Beach Wedding you have many options and the type of invitation that you chose depends entirely upon the theme of the wedding or whether it is going to be a casual gathering. If it is a themed wedding then you want the invitation to make it absolutely clear what the theme is you should use graphics to drive home the theme so for example if you are having a tropical theme you might want to use tropical cocktails or palm trees in the background.

One cannot stress enough how key your choice of invitations is in order to set the scene for your perfect day. They are not just to invite people to your wedding but to convey to them the type of wedding that you are going to have so that they can attend fully prepared!
