My Experience with Eczeema

Contact Dermatitis(Eczeema) has affected me since the early days of my life and through the point where I started to be labeled as shy because of my condition and that I didnt let any other person close to me.

I would say mine was through the cause of my weak skill when I am using such things as detergents and some other forms of dishwashing liquids, when I was young I used to wash dishes and had to do my laundry, without my realisation that was what made my condition to be a little bit more extreme. So my parents were concerned with me because these was not just affecting me at school but it was also making my skin look terrible leaving me feeling horrible about myself. Some of the effects of contact dermatitis are skin that is broken, irritation, crusty, red skin colour

There are some symptoms that you should look for if you think you might have this type of Eczeema which include:

  • Broken skin
  • Irritation
  • Crusty
  • Red skill

After I discovered that I had some of the symptoms listed above I then decided to see a dermatologist, where the doctor did what is called a patch test to test which of the 25 common allergens that usually cause Eczeema was affecting me. I was then told that there were various ways in remedying my condition and one of them, which is the commonly used one is reducing the exposure that I heard from the allergen that I was diagnosed with or to completely avoid it.

The following are great ways in which to go around in reducing the anger and frustration of dealing with this sort of disease:

  • Reduce - Try to keep down your intake of foods that may be acidic and kelp supplements to reduce acidity in your body because Eczeema is exacerbated by a diet low in alkalinity
  • Protection - Wearing protective clothing such as gloves to reduce contact with irritants that may cause Eczeema is a good for people that are really extreme and/or are chronic sufferer
  • Moisturing - Make sure your skin is hydrated and soft to prevent it from becoming dry, scaling and cracking

I hope that some of the suggestions that are in this text will help you and your condition because this disease can frustrate you damaging the quality of life that you want to live
