Ah Australia.
If I had to leave the US, Australia or Canada would probably be my first choices.
Australia has some pretty exotic wildlife, and some very exotic women.
We have "The Land Down Under" to thank for some of entertainment's best and most beautiful stars, starting with......

Australian pop singer, songwriter, and actress Kylie Minogue in Melbourne, Australia on May 28th, 1968.
Kylie stared out as a child star on Australian television and got her original acclaim for her performance on the soap opera Neighbours.
She started her singing career in 1987 and never looked back.
Her first album, Kylie, was released in 1988. It went Gold in the US and Germany, Platinum in Switzerland, five times Platinum in Australia, and six times Platinum in the UK.
Not bad for a first album.
She has gone on to release nine albums, that have all gone Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Kylie has also released several compilation albums, remix albums and live albums.
She has also appeared in movies, her debut being in the 1989 Australian film, The Delinquents.

This five foot, ten and a half inch tall beauty was born on June 20th 1967 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Since her parents are Australian and she was born in Hawaii, Nicole has dual citizenship in Australia and the United States.
Nicole started out at the age of fifteen in a music video by Australian singer Pat Wilson called "Bop Girl”.
She then moved on in 1983 to appear in the television series Five Mile Creek, an Australian western.
Actually 1983 was a pretty busy year for Nicole. She appeared on TV in Five Mile Creek, made her screen debut in BMX Bandits and followed up with the film Bush Christmas.
She also appeared in the TV movies, Skin Deep and Chase Through the Night.
But it was the 1989 thriller Dead Calm with Sam Neill and Billy Zane that put her in the spotlight. She followed that up with Days of Thunder in 1990 and Billy Bathgate in 1991 that got her a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture.
Of course on the Days of Thunder set is where she met Tom Cruise.
Nicole has a workrate that would make a Bollywood actress proud, appearing in over forty movies with two coming up in 2010, Rabbit Hole and The Danish Girl.

English-Australian pop singer, actress and model Sophie Monk was born on December 14th 1979 in England, but her parents moved to Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia when she was small.
Sophie started out with the Australian female pop group Bardot in 1999.
In April 2002, Bardot broke up and Sophie started out on her own solo career and in May 2003, she released Calendar Girl, her debut solo album.
Three singles were released from the album, Inside Outside, Get the Music On and One Breath Away.
The album was disappointing, but Sophie soon launched an acting career that has proved more successful.
She played Marilyn Monroe in the telemovie The Mystery Of Natalie Wood and appeared in a music video by the group Blink 182, Always.
Sophie also appeared in the 2006 movie London, had a small part in the 2006 Adam Sandler film Click, and in 2007, she made an appearance on the HBO series Entourage.

Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr was born on April 20th 1983 in Sydney, Australia.
Miranda won the 1997 annual Dolly Magazine/Impulse Model Competition at the age of thirteen and got a lot of bad press because of it.
Hey, she was only thirteen after all.
That didn't slow her down much, as later on she appeared in ads for Roxy and Billabong.
Miranda moved to New York and landed a job with Next model agency. this lead to her doing runway and print campaigns for major labels like Neiman Marcus, Levis, Jets and Roberto Cavalli.
She later went on to become the first ever Australian Victoria's Secret Angel.
Although Miranda has never ventured out as an actress, she did appear on a 2007 episode of How I Met Your Mother , "The Yips", along with Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio, Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima and Marisa Miller.

Holly Valance was born on May 11th, 1983, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
This Australian model, actress and ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) nominated singer had a Serbian father, a British mother and is related to the late British comedian Benny Hill.
Like Kylie Minogue, Holly also appeared on the Australian soap Neighbours.
Holly left the series in 2002 to pursue a singing career, and everything looked like it was going well.
Hr first song Kiss Kiss debuted at number one on both the Australian Recording Industry Association and UK Singles Charts charts and was nominated for four ARIA Music Awards.
But her next album releases didn't fair as well, so she left music and went back to acting.
Holly appeared on the TV series Prison Break, Moonlight, Shark and Valentine among others.
She's also done a few films. DOA: Dead or Alive (one of my favorite cult movies), National Lampoon's Pledge This!, Taken, Luster and Red Herring.
And for us Command and Conquer lovers, Holly did the voice of Brenda Snow for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 – Uprising.

Elle Macpherson was born on March 29th, 1963 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
This six foot one inch model, actress, and businesswoman has made quite a name for herself.
Did you know Elle started out wanting to be an attorney?
Yes, she was enrolled to study law at The University of Sydney, when she decided to go to New York to model to earn money for college.
She signed with the Click Model Management company, and the rest is history.
Elle went on to appear on the covers of Elle magazine, GQ, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue magazine and she appeared on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover a record five times.
Her first appearance on the big screen was in a small role in Woody Allen's 1990 film, Alice.
But she got a lot of attention for her role in the 1994 film, Sirens.
She went on to appear in five episodes of Friends, The Edge (with Anthony Hopkins and Alec Baldwin), Jane Eyre (1996) and a 2001 Italian British romantic comedy film, South Kensington among others.
As far as businesswoman goes, Elle has created and launched Elle Macpherson Inc., Elle Macpherson Intimates and Elle Macpherson - The Body
