Beautiful Hair: Tips for Haircare

  1. Remove Dandruff : Shake 1 tablespoon of table salt into your hair and massage gently before a shampoo bath.
  2. Keep yor hair bouncy: Mix 1 teaspoon non-fat powdered milk in 1/2 cup warm water and apply to hair. Leave it for 5-10 minutes and then wash it off.
  3. Keep your hair shiny and soft:Break an egg and separate out only the white yolk. Apply the white yolk into your hair and leave it for 15 minutes. After a shamppo bath, your hair will look shiny and nice.

Beautiful Skin:Tips for Skincare

  1. Do not use hot water:Particularly, in winter, do not use hot water for bathing. Use a warm or trepid water since hot water inflames the skin and your skin will loose it's mositure quickly leaving your skin dry. Apply a moisturiser or lotion while your skin is still wet.

  2. Irritating skin:If your skin is dry and irritating, take 1 cup of salt and dissolve in bathing water and bathe as usual.This works better than most of th ebathing oils and it is harmless and costs much less.
  3. Underarm irritation:Shave underarms at night before you go to bed.Pat on mild witch hazel and then apply a thin coating of hydro-cortisone cream (you can get in any medical shop). Let your skin rest overnight before you apply your morning deospray or perfume.

Other Beauty Tips

  1. Natural deodarant:Don't like commercial deodarants? Apply a thin layer of odourless antibacterial cream (you can get in a medical shop) on underarms. It kills the odour causing bacterias.
  2. Sweet, fresh breath:For a better breath, brush not only your teeth but also your tongue and all of the inside of your mouth.Otherwise, the odour causing bacteria will produce a bad breath. Do not skip meals, if you do, bacterias will thrive and cause a bad breath.
  3. Hand/Feet care:Chopped or cracked skin on hands or feet? Wash your hands or feet. Apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream three times daily until the skin becomes smooth.
  4. Eyebrow tweezing:Fill a small plastic bag with ice cubes and apply to the eyebrow until the cold becomes unbearable. Now, your skin will be numb and you will nto feel the pain while tweezing.

This is a fantastic article! I do have one comment, though, on your last pointer. Just because a product is all natural, (even completely all-natural,) doesn't mean you can't still have a terrible reaction to it. Skin allergies will strike regardless if there are chemicals or it's a home-brewed natural product. They are less likely and less expensive though. (That $38 dollar jar of face cream that makes you break out terribly will hurt a lot more than an all-natural remedy you've made for under $5.)
