When he is having a ruff time going to bed, and i have made sure everything is takin care of, like food,potty,bath,ect. i use music.

The best thing i have found is the baby einstine movies, if he still wants to mess around and play then i just unplug the video (yellow) rca cable which shuts off the lights of the movie but leaves the soft sounds.
