Before getting A Face Lift Try These Little Tips

As we age our skin goes through stages of change. Some of those changes include blemishes, wrinkles, fine lines (crows feet). Some of us look at our new looks for what they are, and some don't. #3 Eat A Little Dark Chocolate. Dark Chocolate has been shown to add a sheen and a smoothness to the skin.
#4 Discover Oranges. L-Ascorbic acid which is a citric acid has been proven to increase collagen levels in the skin, plumping it and reducing wrinkles.
#5 Drink Water. Drink atleast 6 8 Ounce glasses a day experts say to help flush toxins from your skin making it appear younger and more vibrant.
