St. Patrick's Holiday

St. Patrick's Day falls on March 17th which is also recorded as Saint Patrick death.  Since March 17th also falls during Lent, many families celebrate St. Patrick's Day by attending church.  The first St. Patrick's Day parade occur in New York city hosted by Irish soldiers.

However, today most celebrate St. Patrick's Day by wearing green and drinking until they can't stand-up.  Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated in the United States, Canada and Australia.
