Public speaking is about getting your point across. And, finding ways to show example of what you mean. Either by packets, brocures, etc.

Dressing really sharp.. tailored suits, matching briefcase, glossy shoes, outstanding hairstyle, cleaned up, white teeth, smell great, clean breathe,.  Dry cleaned, pressed,.  Practicing how to talk with a consistant tone.  Never changing. However, keeping the attention from the crowd, engaging.  However, keeping the points brief and clear.  Always being a compassionate as you can.  Always confirming your crowd is understanding what you are expressing to them,. 

Always look good. Meaning clean, fresh smelling, pressed business suit, polished shoes,. Always have fresh breathe, clean teeth. Above all great english skills. Look at the people directly. Keeping to the point, making it brief. Always smile at your guests at all times. Speak in a soft manner. Pacing your voice at all times. Still being loud enough so every one can hear you.

Also, if it is almost lunch or dinner time, treat your guests to a full healthy meal. Compliments of the program. Always including breathe mints so they can have one after they eat. Hand them thank you carepackages for attending the meeting or program.

Never go over the set time of the meeting or presentation. If possible end early. Have a secretary help you prepare your paperwork, presentation. So you can do you work quicker.

Have your meeting or presentation in a familiar location. Possibly in a nice restaurant and pick up the tap. Make it a private party presentation.

Be sure everyone is comfortable where they are seated. And, in the room. If its not too cold or to warm. Have beverages ready if the are thirsty.

Allows arrive early so you can get the program started and fix what ever happens unexpectedly. Do alot of research on public speaking on how to talk, and walk,. Practice speaking before your guests arrive. So you will be warmed up.

If you can have a delicate fragrance in the air at all times. Have the room in a comfortable setting.. not to cold or warm where they may fall a sleep. Making sure the room is cleaned.  And, presentation ready.  Always confirm a reservation for a presentation room in advanced. Always find the best price so your company you are presenting can save money.  And, what all does the price come with.  Always as for promotional offers.  Requesting accommodations on the prices. 

Always ask for a secretary when you present a presentation so she can help you document minutes and help you organize everything.  There will be alot of details to cover.  Always have thank you gifts for your crowd.  Know how many guests will be at your presentation.  Have phone numbers or email address if the program has to be rescheduled.
