There are allot different sources that can contribute to blood sugar increase, such as stress, hurt feelings, and not taking your medicine in a proper fashion. People must understand that Diabetes effect your entire body, but not only your body, but all your surroundings to and if your feeling a certain way or if someone makes you upset you can go into a crisis. Blood sugar levels is to be monitored . You must eat right, exercise, and take medication on time. Then reality hits and you say to yourself I have been doing everything, that I am suppose to do correctly, so why do I still feel like nothing. Maybe the reason is that doctors don't tell about all the literature out there on diabetes. Maybe you have to read for yourself and or study your body and try to figure out your situation from within, so that you can better understand what it takes to make your body feel better. People do not understand always why they have to go out on a limit, before they can start to see change. Stop beating yourself up with what you not know and come to conclusion with how your going to find out, so that you become stress free.

Being stress can make one feel very low. This is a condition many suffer from constantly. walk outside of this feeling and welcome freedom. Freedom from worring about what, how, should of, and why; and just be you very beautiful; you very wonderful, and you powered. Enjoy your test of time; then you will find; that type of divine; to create a pain free self.
