The way one was reared is a contributing factor in the way we see ourselves in the here and now.It also can determine how we live and the choices and decisions we make through out our existence.We can choose to live in the past or we can step out...on faith.

Too many of us live to please the next person,we are always made to feel guilty about not following the paths set forth for us; by our parents,spouses and others who wish to have control in our lives. We came into this world alone and we will surely leave it... alone.

Believing in ourselves is the key to success,no matter how we measure that success.Failure to believe in self is a death sentence.We will forever be stunted in our growth.We will never reach our potential.

I understand the importance of a support system and have learned that support may not come from people we know and love...but from a relationship with God. After all, all things are possible through him.He is the author of our lives and has great things in store for us,if only we will step out on faith.We must believe God wants us to do well.

Almost everyday I hear stories of preachers,bringers of the gospel slammed and investigated because they love to preach the prosperity sermon and have themselves amassed a fortune.I am not naiive enough do believe all these teachings are for the good and as intended by The Lord.That is to be expected if one is to believe in The Word Of God and Prophecies spoken of. We are living in the last days on this earth as we know it and all manner of evil is taking place.

I have no idea what The Lord has planned for me but I do know believing in and trusting Him will carry me closer to what is in store for me.Life is full of ups and downs, trials and tribulations...such is life.We are not shielded from trouble but have been given the tools to better endure it all.Sure I suppose we all feel some misplaced need to be approved by the next man,but we must remember...the next man is just a man and has no power over our lives or our deaths.So it really should not matter if we disappoint them.Maybe that seems harsh,but it is as I see it.We should only be concerned with the one who has our souls in his hands. If you don't believe in God that is your choice,and you will continue to live life as you see fit. I am a judge of no one.

Allow no man to tear you down,and steal your blessings.
