The Believer v Religion
62
The Believer
Religion is a word that has been digitized, a word that implies control and politic.
Many organisations today can be described as Religion, because they all follow a set of rules and regulations, and enforce them as such. These rules and regulations can be said as LAW.
You get the following Religions:
Catholicism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Christian Science, Spiritualism, Jehovah's Witness, Armstrongism, Mormonism, Eastern Mysticism, The Way International, Unity, Unification Church.
Pseudo-Religion are the following fraternities.
Freemason, Rosicrucian, Illuminati,NWO, Skull and Bones, Jesuits, Carbonari, Bilderberg, World Council of Churches, etc
All are controlled by men that carry out religious actions, to control the world, through organised governments, and thereof.
Religion is a set of rules to follow "Thou shalt and Thou shalt not.
The
word Christianity, has been adopted by certain religious groups to make
themselves look good. They try and cause people to Follow Jesus Christ
like they follow Buddha, Shiva, Krishna, Mohammed, etc and "Follow" is
the problem with religion, they create followers.
The word Christian only appears 3
times and it was invented by non believers in identifying the disciples
for preaching about Christ therefore "Christian" and is also a label placed on
BELIEVERS in Jesus Christ, not followers.
Christianity in the
true sense is not about believers in Christ following Jesus Christ, but
Jesus Christ coming and living inside believers giving believers his
Godly authority over the world, thereby making believers GODLY.
Ac:11:26:
And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to
pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and
taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in
Antioch.
Ac:26:28: Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
1Pe:4:16: Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
God has condemned Religion, especially the way that religion places burdens and yokes of bondage on people. Religion chains and shackles the minds of men, and it was for this reason that God became a man to set man free from this bondage.
The root cause for all religion has an instigator, this instigator is called Satan.the Devil, he is also called the Dragon. His ability to beguile men was his advantage and he also does not die so he can continue in a plan for a time period of his existence, only because he is invisible, he has been able to control the minds of men and cause them to fulfil his plans. His plans are obvious, History has revealed time and time again, the Kingdoms of this world, but the most prominent of these Kingdoms is Babylon. There are 3 Babylons. History has on record the First Babylon, the first kingdom after Noah's flood.
The second Babylon is Europe " The Beast of Revelations", and there will be another Babylon in a Thousand years after Christ returns and destroys this Babylon like he did the First one by changing their languages.
All religion started from the first Babylon.

HERE IS MINE
Mark:16:15: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Matt:28:19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Whats the reason?
The reason is some bibles say, make Disciples, but the KJV doesn't say this
Preach the Gospel is what is said the good news, and Religion uses the disciple thing to force members into submission.
You quoted from the KJV that's why you wouldn't know about the disciples.
GB
Carrie what does your bible say
Mark:16:15: & Matt:28:19
Mark 16:15 Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, vs 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, which is the preaching of the gospel. We aren't to stop there, as believers decide to follow Jesus, we are to teach them and make (not force) disciples of them, many of which have carried on the apostolic ministry throughout the world. This is what Jesus did with His disciples, and we carry on His work.
Amen my sister!
Carrie
compare yours to mine
M'r:16:15: And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
M't:28:19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
I can see a difference, I use KJV.
I really like your site, its like doing a bible study via subjects
Yes that is the intention. Why dont you start your own hub
Thanks anyway
When you look at the Greek word here; math?teu?, it means to teach, instruct, make disciple or to be a disciple of. If you are to make a disciple of Christ then you have to take the time to teach the Word of God and His principles to that person. You can teach and not make a disciple or follower of Christ. As you see with Jesus as the ultamite example that He took the time in His daily life showing how His teachings fit into daily life. It is not just with our words that we teach others about being a follower of Christ but with our actions too. We are not teaching a religion with rules made by man but a daily relationship with the One that created us.
Hi BB 4 Jesus
Are you quoting from a scripture here, that you are relating, math?teu? to.
I am sort of confused at what you are talking about.
GB
I think I understood where BB was coming from.
Her definition may have come from a bible dictionary, but I believe what Carrie said and what BB said describes the context of that word very well.
When I think of myself as being a disciple, I'm thinking about being disciplined in the doctrines of the Bible that I've been taught; making the consistent and purposeful effort to follow that instruction and exercising the love of God on a daily basis despite how I might feel, because my flesh's tendency is to go the other way.
By the way, I really enjoyed your exposition here regarding religion vs believers. Many church-goers think they are believers because of their involvement in the religious system of churches that you described so well. But what you've written is helpful to anyone seeking to distinguish the two.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Many Churches use the word "Disciple" as some one that has submitted to the system, and not a preacher of the Gospel. This happens when the scriptures are interpreted differently, especially when bible versions are saying different things eg:
King James Version
M't:28:19:... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:.
New International version
M't:28:19....Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
So emphasis in the NIV is to make disciples, but not in the KJV...
The KJV is translated from the original Hebrew and Greek languages....The NIV as been modified and has many missing scriptures, which causes readers to get the wrong understanding, and create a completely new religion by it. This is also the reason for creating this hub , to highlight these hidden truths.
Hi CARRIE
Thanks yes I do use the bible study guides, and different translations , which you should have noticed by now, by going through my HUBs
I prefer to use pure translations from Hebrew and Greek from the KJV English than other bibles because it leads to getting too little information and then being led into other matters that contradict the Harmonising of scriptures. I have read and compared the differences between the KJV and NAS, but found the English use of some words misleading in the NAS.like below:
KJV....grievous.....(GK)..barus (.heavy)...okneros (slothful)....dusbastaktos (to carry grief).....poneros (wicked,bad,evil).....lupe( to cause grief,to make sorry) ..........10x in the NT scriptures 5 different ways and 34x in OT scriptures
NAS...burdensome.....4x in whole NAS bible same meaning...
The depth of the KJV (not NKJV) far exceeds any other bible by far. I use a complete Greek and Hebrew KJV dictionary.
So reading the lazy man bibles doesnt give a "Disciple" the equipment he needs to have inorder to have a sharp sword.
I have piles of bibles, and none match the flavour of the KJV
Most bibles are translated from the KJV and are faulty in the fact that they are second hand info.....and lose the express use of certain words...and meanings.....Thus how ":rightly dividing the word of truth."
So keep up spreading the "euanggelion" and stay away from the "mataios"
CU
Good show have a check on the words
Jesus teaching was his preaching, and the disciples were ordained to spread the gospel after the Holy Spirit came to them, just like every believer today that is Born again.
Anybody that is Born again should operate in the Spirit and not be hindered by man controlled religion.God set man free to preach the gospel and to grow in the knowledge through the gift that is in them.
I have seen too many Ministers, Pastors, and False teachers try and control true believers by trying to muzzle them, with Doctrine, and laws all based on Discipleship.
Strange though the word "DISCIPLE" was never used after ACTS.
So false teachings actually say go and make disciples of the nations, and according to the bible KJV it says go spread the good news "euanggelion"
Evangelise
2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." This is indeed after ACTS. One needs to be filled with the Spirit to even understand the Word basically, let alone study it to rightly divide it. Preachers who are untaught bring shame to the teachings of Christ. These are the ones who preach laws and doctrines of men and twist the Word. It is not a false doctrine to make disciples, to teach, which is to STUDY the Word. AMEN.
I dont see the word disciple in 2 Timothy 2:15
2Tm:2:15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Yes it is false doctrine to make disciples, The Word does not tell us to, If you can show where in the scriptures, and don't use OT which includes Matt, Mark, Luke and John. These are also OT and were written in Greek that's why they are considered NT, but are still OT.
Carrie
This is not an agree or disagree issue, its an issue with religious groups, its used for oppression.
I have seen it through the years, it was never taught in the true church,
The Church (believers) teach the good news of salvation, the Gospel. not making disciples, to follow them.
M't:28:19:... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:.
2Tm:3:14: But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
2Tm:3:15: And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
2Tm:3:16: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Tm:3:17: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Spreading the "euanggelion" is our calling
Lu:4:18: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Lu:4:19: To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
