We affectionately call our next door neighbors cat "Ben Jr". Our neighbors name is Ben. One day while talking over the fence I asked him what the cats name was? He said "CAT", I chuckled and told him what I named it.

Their cat is always coming over into our yard and creating fights with our two. He seems friendly enough, but they are very territorial. No other animal is welcome on their property. I have seen them escort many a cat two and three times their size off the property. They actually slink away.

We have tried many things to no avail. Here are a few ideas on keeping them quiet wished we heard about this before we bacame their staff letting them in and out of the house. They really have us trained. Usually, attack the furniture or us when we don't do as they want. These links have really brought things to light for me.
