Benefits and Side Effects of Acai Berry
74Ok, I will say straight off the bat that this is not a review of Acai Berries. If you want to learn a bit about my experience with acai berries go to my free acai berry trial review. The review is basically me recounting my experience of my acai berry free trial, I go through all aspects of the trial and I think it is quite a fair review. I got the free trial off ExtremeAcai4Free.com which I was told about by my friend who had signed up to the offer.
However, this is simply an article highlighting the benefits and side-effects of eating acai berries as a weight loss supplement. First off let's start off with the side-effects.
Side Effects
What people don't understand when talking about acai berries as a weight loss supplement is some simple fact. Acai berries are a fruit! This is no horrible chemical designed to kill your apetite, this is a simple fruit which provides such rich nutrition and anti oxidant effects that you feel motivated and no need to eat unhealthy food. That is all I have to say on the matter. You can go and do as much research as you want and at the end of the day you will boil down to one simple fact. The acai berry is a completely natural fruit.
Benefits
When I picked up my free trial from ExtremeAcai4Free.com I was very doubtful, as you may have read in my review. However, during and after my trial I was incredibly surprised to find myself motivated and generally more happy about my life. Instead of blabbering on I will simply write a list of all I experienced:
- More awake and motivated at work
- No desire to eat fast food or take-aways
- I lost over 4 pounds in a month without effort
- I could live my life completely normally and still lose weight
- More motivation to do excercise and fun activities
- Really enjoyed eating and cooking with acai berries
Another interesting and informative read on acai berries is the acai berry weight loss research conducted by RDETUB. I would be interested to hear other peoples experiences, please comment!
