 Breathing exercises have many benefits for a woman while she is going through labor during childbirth.

These should be learned and practiced before the onset of labor in order to be comfortable and habitual to the woman while in the pain of labor.

There are many different types of breathing exercises and many aids in learning these and for utilizing them during the actual birthing process when it is easy to become distracted from all that one has learned.

There is no negative side to properly used breathing techniques, but there are many, many positives.
