There are various plants which give healthy juice which we don't know about. Nature provides us with plenty of goodness, its upto us to discover and consume it in right proportions to stay healthy and keep diseases away. The best way to consume the goodness of these plants is through juice. Juices get absorbed quickly and are easy on digestive system.

The skin of the fruits contain some vitamins. For example the skin layer below the coverings of oranges have anti carcinogenic properties which help in preventing and curing cancers. So it would be important to include them in our diet.

Now the mother and father of all juices is the "wheat grass juice". I have created a separate hub for it is so effective and is so healthy that you can live on it alone. You can find the link below.

Next is beet root juice which increases the R.B.C count of the blood. its very effective for anaemics.

Now drink fruit juices instead of wine or alcohol and stay healthy. I dont want to be a teacher and I give the freedom to the readers what they want to do.

Lead a healthy lives!

it  is a  good  hub  no wonder  for people  who  want  to opt  between wine and  juice.

fruit  juice  is healthy  only  when  it  has the following

it should  not  have  preservatives

 it should  not  have essence

it  should  not  have  added sugar  and ice

it  should  be made  form fresh  fruits  not  frozen  fruits

LESS KNOWN FACTS

CALORIE COUNTING  IS  NOT IMPORTANT  CATLYST AND ION COUNTING  IS  VITAL SO THAT ENERGEY  IT GENERATES  WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

FRUITS    SHOULD  BE  CONSUMED  AS A WHOLE  AND  CHEWED .IT IS BETTER  TO  TAKE IN THE FIBRE CONTENT  WHICH HAS  GOT  CERTAIN ANTISUGAR  AND  OTHER PROPERTIES THAN  DRINKING  JUST THE PULP JUICE
