To be honest, my preferred workout is the exercise bike. I think it's because of the fact that I can read or watch TV and peddle at the same time. I find that I have total control over the amount of energy I want to expend on the exercise bike. The exercise bike is also a great leg builder. Simply add more resistance to stimulate more muscle growth. I also love to use the exercise bike before a heavy leg session because it warms up the legs, especially the knee area quite nicely.
