Also another great fighter of free radicals is vitamin E, vitamin e can be found in many types of natural foods such as nuts, dairy products, and natural oils. Vitamin E can naturally fight off free radicals and helps reduce the chance of those free radicals of causing damage to cells in the body. It also helps with the elasticity of your skin and reduces wrinkles and fine lines due to sun exposure. Taking a vitamin e tablet on a daily basis will help with the anti-aging process. The last vitamin that you should take is vitamin C because vitamin C is found in many natural foods such as oranges, lemons, and any other citrus food. Vitamin C is the repairer of free radicals and helps prevent and reduce free radicals from becoming cancerous cells. A daily dose of vitamin C will replenish the vitamins lost from sun damage due to the natural and harmful effects of UV rays. Make sure they take these three vitamins as they are your best chance of obtaining and reducing the signs of aging.
