When looking for a blender everyone wants to know “What is the best blender?”  Well, there really are 3 questions you have to ask yourself.

For years I would’ve been considered a blend groupie. In I bet there were years where the blended didn’t even make it out of my cupboard. A few years a good friend of mine had me read a book on the health benefits of consuming your fruits and vegetables blended. As I began to study this method in more detail I learned that many of the vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables our bodies are not able to utilize because our teeth are unable to penetrate the cell fibers.
