Following the MTV Movie Awards with Bruno making a wild entrance dangling from a string saying "Ich bin Bruno, Ich bin dove of peace" and landing with his bottom on Eminem's face Sasha Baron Cohen's newest character, Bruno, was suddently known the world. Who is Bruno? Bruno is an character invented by Cohen after Ali Gi and the Borat, the nutty journalist from Kazakstan who became famous in 2006 with the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.

Similar to Ali G and Borat, Sasha Baron Cohen uses his comic genius and gets unsuspecting interviewees to answer unscripted and uncomfortable questions about the touchy subjects of the role of Jews in our world and homosexuality. Often during these interviews Bruno gets the interviewees to answer in one way. Then, he tells them to answer in another way due to the TV production, and gets the inteviewees to make jerks of themselves by changing their answers. Other key elements to Bruno's interviews are that he always injects his funny high-pitched laugh and gets his interviewees to repeat what appear to be bogus words in German.
