Collective DVD

One of the easiest ways to get your heart pumping with a workouts at home is to buy one (or few) of the meeting available on DVD today. Cardio Workouts you can find on almost anything from kickboxing to dance. Choose one that looks like fun and start working out. If you added a new DVD in every 3 months, you will have a small library of DVD cardio exercises at any time. Rotate through different Workouts and never get bored of working at home again.

Treadmill

A treadmill is a great way to get a good cardio session at home. You can walk over it quickly or go jogging or running. Some models even allow you to adjust the angle of the walking surface, to simulate going up. Keep your routine to get bored listening to some music or audio books while you walk.

Stationary Bike

A stationary bike is another great piece of equipment that provides a great cardio session almost anywhere in your home. All you have to do is jump on the bike and peddle away. Keep some water nearby to stay hydrated. I like watching television or a movie while I'm riding my bike. You can also read books or magazines, if only in an influence peddling even slower pace persistent.

Jump rope

A jump rope is one of the least expensive pieces of exercise equipment you never buy. You can choose one for a few dollars, or borrow one of their children. To get a great workout, simply jump rope for 20 to 30 minutes. For a great interval training, jump 100 jumps as fast as you can and then slow to a more comfortable jumping, lifting his feet barely enough to let the rope pass.

You've probably seen the transition from fantasy to Workouts in the gym, or the TV infomercial. Guess what? You can get a great step exercises at home without any specialized equipment. Use the bottom step of the stairs, or any large, sturdy box you can step outside. I use an old box of milk at my house. Step through your right leg first 12 times, then switch to your leader with your left leg. Repeat. For some variety try stepping back and forth.
