Is there a cream you can call the best cellulite cream ?

If you take a look at the market for cellulite products you´ll notice there are quite a lot of them. There are creams, training programs, laser treatments, massage techniques, body vibration devices and lots and lots of other methods as well.
Some of these products claim to help you within minutes...

I want to tell you a real life story and then you can decide yourself what you want to do with your cellulites.

A friend of mine has cellulites and she´s been quite disturbed by them.
Every time she´s on the beach or wear light clothing she tells me she feels insecure and unattractive.

I promise you, she´s not unattractive in any way. She´s a beautiful girl. There´s just one problem. She looks upon herself as this is a real big thing.

Her husband has tried to convince her that he loves her very much, and the fact that she has cellulites doesn´t matter or change that love at all.

She won´t listen to that. This has much more to do with the inner game and self-esteem issues she has.

I should also mention that she´s given birth to two beautiful children and she´s a very good mom.

After her second delivery, cellulites became worse and she even felt depressed about it.
We decided (me and her husband) to help her out in any way we could.
We knew that if we could help her to get rid of her cellulites. She would feel better. Her self esteem issues would probably improve and even her marriage would become better.

However, then we realized we had a problem. We can´t just go out and buy a cellulite treatment or a cellulite cream and give it to her. She would probably feel almost humiliated accepting such a gift from her husband. It would be like saying:

“You are ugly because you have cellulites so I bought you this cream. use it and get rid of those ugly looking dimples.”

Even though her husband could swear to her that he loves her as she is with every single one of her cellulites. She would probably not listen to that and her self esteem issues would be even worse because now her husband has confirmed to her that she really need to get rid of her cellulites...

So how do you you think we solved the problem ?

Well, we got pretty advanced. We didn´t mean to at first but things just went out of control.
I´ll get back to this in a second.

Before we even considered giving her a cellulite treatment of any kind. We had to investigate the cellulite market, because why go through with our sneaky plan if the product didn´t work ? We needed to know that the product we gave to her, would actually help her out.

So how do you find out if a product works or not ?
How do you know if you should give her a cellulite massage, a cellulite cream or some cellulite device that magically melts ugly looking dimples away ?

The market is completely flooded with products.

Here´s what we did.

We started out by talking to some girlfriends. We just wanted to know if anyone of them had had any success with fighting cellulites.

I think we talked to five of them. One of the girls mentioned that she had been using a cellulite training program for a couple of weeks. She wasn´t really satisfied with the result but she thought she had seen some improvement.

Ok, tough luck...

We started to search for information online and tried to separate junk from real testimonials. This isn´t always an easy task. Internet is just flooded with disinformation and people selling stuff everywhere.

Anyway, we found a couple of sites that were useful to us.

We found that many sites talk about cellulite cream as an effective way to get rid of cellulites.

There´s a product called Revitol. It´s been out for years and many people report having success using this cream.

We read some negative testimonials about Revitol as well. So we weren´t exactly sure.

The site itself has made this statement and guarantee:

“We guarantee you will see a significant decrease in your cellulite within three months of using Revitol cellulite cream. If your friends do not start giving you compliments and ask what your secret is, or if you are not completely satisfied, then we will refund your purchase price!”

I guess that´s a pretty strong guarantee. There´s actually not much risk trying this product.

We looked at some training programs and massage techniques as well and some kind of cellulite device that vibrates.

While comparing results found online and the “trustworthiness” within each product we decided to try this:

A trial package of the Revitol cellulite solution

AND

an online cellulite training program

We had read that the best results fighting cellulites were achieved by using a cellulite cream in combination with a good cellulite workout.

People who were using this got the fastest and most long term results.

Ok, problem one solved. We´ve found the best cellulite cream and a really good cellulite training program to give her.

Now back to problem #1, how would we present this cellulite package to her...

Drum roll...

It´s quite easy, but a little bit sneaky.

We bought the products and then we bribed a friend of ours to call her up.
A friend that our “victim” didn´t know about.


We instructed our friend to say this:

“Hi, I am calling from Revitol and we have a campaign right now. We offer some free samples of our top of the line cellulite solution cream bundled with a special training program to fight cellulites. We call people at random within a certain age group. We want more people to discover our products and the positive effects they´ve had for our customers. Would you be interested in a free sample ? ”


Do you think she accepted the offer ?

In reality, we weren´t absolutely sure she would grab the bait, but so what. We could try again.

It now so happens that she accepted the offer, but she didn´t tell us about it.
We knew only because our friend presenting the offer new.

She didn´t talk about it at all, one week went by, two weeks went by.

After two weeks, she told her husband that she would like to have some extra time for a training project.

She did a couple of exercises in the morning and a couple of them in the evening.
She was quite determined to make this into her daily routine, and she wanted her husbands support on this.

All he could do was smile a little and accept. He knew exactly what was going on.

After about a month she finally told him about the offer, and what she was trying to achieve.


She was so very happy about it. She showed her body to him, pointing at places where there used to be dimples.
In fact, she didn´t need to show him because he had already felt the difference. The skin was already smoother and a lot fewer dimples.

He just played along and asked her how she managed to get rid of her dimples in such a short time.

Well, they weren´t all gone, but things had certainly improved a lot.

30 days and our sneaky plan actually worked.

She did her exercises and used the cellulite cream for an extra two month.

Her self esteem improved a lot and all the strange quarrels related to this issue vanished like ice cream on a very hot summer day.

Her husband told her about the sneaky plan, he had used on her, and he didn´t know what the response would be.

I just love this story, because it´s all about love and helping a friend.

In a way, it´s sad that we can´t be satisfied with the bodies we have.
It´s a good thing though that many problems can be solved. In this case several problems were solved by fixing an external shallow problem.

So I guess the lesson would be, don´t underestimate the power of shallow problems.
Fixing a shallow problem might fix a much more complicated inner problem.
