Looking for the best chest workout can be a little time consuming so let me save you the hassle and give you some pointers.

Why do I have chest fat?

You have man boobs because you never use your chest muscles enough for them to get lean muscle.

How can I get rid of my manboobs?

To lose man boobs you have to put your pecs under stress that they are not use to.  Doing push ups is a free and easy way to build some muscle on your chest and tighten it up a little bit.


Upper Chest Workout

The upper chest is the weakest part of the chest but the most important on preventing saggy boobs.  When you strengthen the top of your chest it will pull the rest of the pecs up and give you a more manly looking full chest. 

How do I develop more muscle in my upper chest?

To train the upper chest you need to be at an incline as opposed to laying flat on a bench.  From the incline position do presses with dumbbells pushing them straight up so that they are above you chest, not your head!

What if I don't have an incline bench or dumbbells?

Don't worry you can still do an upper chest workou without weights or a bench.  You simply will do push-ups with your feet elevated higher than your hands.  Use a chair or a bed to put your feet on while doing push-ups.
