After doing this for a certain period of time, it is important to change your routine and diet regimen. This way you wouldn't experience plateau and would still continue to lose weight gradually. After your workout, you will most likely feel tired and weak. This is because you were able to make use of all your body's energy with the workout you just did. If you work out at night, do not sleep right after you have eaten. If you workout in the morning, avoid being stagnant throughout the day.
