58Learning Spanish Online For Free!
So, you want to learn Spanish. Good choice! I've been learning Spanish for some time now and I want to share some free Spanish resources with you that will help you learn Spanish even faster! Here are the top five Spanish language learning resources...
1) Wordreference Spanish-English English-Spanish Dictionary
Wordreference is in my opinion one of the best online Spanish dictionaries out there. It gives good translations and is always concise. Additionally, if you ever encounter slang or another unusual word, the dictionary hosts forums where you can ask your question to native speakers who are more than willing to help you out! Not only do you have a dictionary at your fingertips but a whole legion of people waiting to help you.
2) Study Spanish Grammar Explanations
A great site for learning Spanish grammar and other topics. If you need to learn the subjunctive or review a few conjunctions, this is the place to go! It has many examples and sentences for you to clearly see each and every point. This site covers pretty much everything you need when you learn Spanish.
3) Skype
Skype is a voice chat tool that you can use (for free) to find native Spanish speakers to speak with. This will allow you great conversation practice and you make a few friends in the process, too! You will soon find that your Spanish abilities will improve greatly. Plus, even better is that if you don't like the person you are talking to, there are hundreds more waiting to speak to you!
Now you can listen to Spanish radio for free on the internet! This site has links to over 600 Spanish language radio stations. This is a great way to get your listening comprehension up. Plus, you can just leave it on as you go about your usual web browsing and do two things at once... your normal browsing and Spanish learning at the same time! This is a great way to get a little bit of extra studying in.
Well, if radio doesn't do it for you, how about TV? Now you can get Spanish television online, too. This is another great way to get your Spanish comprehension up in a fun manner. You also get to see what each country's television is like! Plus, the visuals will help you understand what is going on. Great practice.
Well, I hope these five resources help you on your way to Spanish fluency. Enjoy!
