Using dissolving strips can be quick and easy while you're running around; but for a more powerful and intense whitening you can use long term ones such as overnight strips that keep working on your teeth over a sustained period of time. These typically use mild lighteners that are safe to use frequently and shouldn't irritate your gums.

You can walk off to work in the morning with it brushed on your teeth, and no one will know that its working away to mildly bleach your enamel.
