2) At the end of the month. There are dealers that need to sell their cars because they are anticipating on their new arrivals. Thus, they will sell the old models in lower prices. Also, another reason is that most dealers keep track on their sales because of the bonuses that they will be receiving at the end of each month. They are much concerned on how many cars they sold over the month than earning a profit.
3) Shop on your free time. Never rush things when buying a car. You can always buy a car whenever you want to, so never think that there will be no perfect timing.
What matters most is that you purchase a car because you need one, not because you want to follow the trend. A car is not always suitable for everybody: you need to think of ways to spend for gas and maintenance. Weigh your options first before you are dead set in buying your car.
