Best Ever Pumpkin Cake Recipe
67THE BEST EVER PUMPKIN CAKE
1 large 29 oz can pumpkin1 box yellow cake mix (or a spice cake mix)
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup melted butter
1/8 tsp cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Prepare pumpkin mixture and pour into a 9" by 13" cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt butter and pour over the top. Do not stir or mix. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Enjoy hot or cold.
Top with whip cream or ice cream.
** Every time I make this dessert, my husband and two sons clean it up lickety-split! The last batch I made I managed to have one serving of it and that was all I got!
