Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

This is an amazing breakfast smoothie recipe that will really get you going in the morning.

2 Bananas

2 cups fresh strawberries

1 cup milk

1 cup plain yogurt

Directions

Peel and slice up the banana. Wash the strawberries and cut off the tops. Put the banana and strawberries in a blender along with the milk and yogurt. Blend until nice and smooth.

This is a great yogurt smoothie recipe, but you can also leave the yogurt out if you wish - it's delicious either way.

Easy Orange Smoothie Recipe

This is an easy smoothie recipe to make and a fantastic alternative to regular orange juice.

1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 cup skim milk

1 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup crushed ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Peach Smoothie Recipe

Here's a delightfully fresh and healthy fruit smoothie recipe that will please any peach lover.

2 ripe peaches

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt

3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup ice cubes

Directions

In a 2 to 3-quart pan over high heat, bring about 1 quart of water to a boil. Immerse peaches into the boiling water for 15 seconds; drain.

When the peaches are cool enough to touch (about 1 to 2 minutes), peel, pit and cut peaches into chunks.

In a blender, combine the peaches, yogurt, brown sugar and cinnamon. Blend on high speed about 1 minute, or until nice and smooth. Add in the ice cubes and blend another 2 minutes.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
