Me too it is very hard to choose, each are good in its own right. All I could built was a bucket of wet sand structure :), I don't know how they do all this incredible stuff. Too bad they can't preserve it.

Incredible artistry at work. I have seen the likes before and always wondered, apart from sand as the medium what else do they use to create such masterpieces. Any idea what they use as the binding agent?

Brilliant artwork here. They must really know what they are doing. It's difficult to choose a favourite. The turtle has such a lovely expression, as does Neptune and his under the sea buddies. While the shark is beautifully wicked. The lady with the long hair is also good. But, I think my favourite would be the guy standing in front of the star, with horses heads in the picture. I don't know who he is though. It's brilliant.

Like everyone here, it is very difficult to make a choice they are all so incredible. I'm with you cgull, I could never even get my little attempt with the bucket and spade to come out looking like the beginning of a Castle in the making!

Hi Jay, you might try the forum for sand sculptures online or you can check out the books in Amazon.com, they might provide some methods to make them firm.
