I was going through web and found this articles from Reuters on Yahoo news. It is a bit dated, however, shocking nonetheless. It reports on how Bible was drawn into controversy because of some sexual content. Who are these people? Why do they make an issue of everything. Bible is a holy scripture and the most sold book ever. It was compiled by wise men to teach mankind some lessons. It does not matter if you believe in god or not. The stories of Bible teach all of us practical lessons (even if they are in guise of Stories). If there are sexual references, why is it such big an issue. These very people who are shouting hoarse take pride in using the "F" word 100 times a day, masturbating and fantasizing about their neighbours. Are they free of any sin? In my opinion, if Bible had these references, it was to teach all of us some lessons. Surely the author(s) did not want to traumatize the readers or inserted these references to make a juicy and spicy read. I take greatest shame in accepting that I live in a world which sensationalizes everything for political or personal mileage.

Student editors of the journal defended it, saying open sexual debate was a basic right.If the Bible is similarly classified as "indecent" by authorities, only those over 18 could buy the holy book and it would need to be sealed in a wrapper with a statutory warning notice.TELA said it was still undecided on whether the Bible had violated Hong Kong's obscene and indecent articles laws.But a local protestant minister shrugged off this possibility."If there is rape mentioned in the Bible, it doesn't mean it encourages those activities," said Reverend Wu Chi-wai.
