Billy Mays Dead at 50
58Billy Mays, the king of televison infomercials was found dead in his home on June 28, 2009. He was found by his wife. When I heard this news my stomach just turned inside out. What is going on here? Another celebrity dead this week. I just can't believe it.
The first that came to mind when I heard about this is that I just saw Billy Mays on the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien the other night. How could Billy Mays be dead. He looked just fine the other night.
The next thing I thought of was the recent death of Michael Jackson at age 50 and I asked my husband how old Billy Mays was and he said that Billy Mays was 50. My mouth dropped open in shock.
Why are 50 year olds dying right now? I've heard of people being scared to turn 50, but now we have a new reason to be scared. We could be dead.
Billy Mays was best known for his infomercials on the product OxiClean. He did several other infomercials. Billy just had that voice, that voice that could sell anything.
My sincere heartfelt sympathies go out to Billy May's family and friends.

June 29, 2009 - It is believed that Billy Mays died of a heart attack. He had hypertensive heart disease.

Well as a 57 year old all I can say is hang on in there :)
OK, so the celeberty 50 year olds are going away. But lets put this into perspective: Micheal Jackson was on all kinds of perscriptions, some due to his condition that made him fade away from black to white. Billy Mays was pushing cleaning chemicals for... well as long as I have ever heard of him. Perhaps they were chemical induced deaths that were accellerated due to the stage lights. (a long shot but hey...) Long Live the 30 somethings!!! :P
I was somewhat shocked by this news as well. I have heard speculation that he was hit on his head during a very turbulent plane landing. I wonder if that had something to do with it.

Today two young ladies died in SPARTA a CITY of about 20000 people.They both were about 40-50 years old.As you understand all city socked.That thing happens not to often but when it does taking 3-4 souls together.
