Binge Killer Can Help

Dieting is no fun - I'm sure you are aware of that. But what makes it worse is when we sabotage our own good efforts by binging on poor food choices. Don't be too alarmed - it's not all your fault. And binge eating help is available - and very effective.

With incriminating statistics of overweight and obesity in the U.S. and Europe today, it's no wonder that many of us obsess on the subject. Some people are so critical of themselves, a pound or two becomes a disaster. Others, faced with significant weight gain, may take the other road and simply give up on a svelte figure.

Both of these perspectives on weight control are counter-productive. If you'd like to shed some pounds, you need to develop some solid weight control strategies. Consistency and perserverance are the name of this game. How many times have you counseled your kids with advice on reaching a goal? "Just do a little bit each day towards achieving your goal. Before you know it, you're there!" This is good advice, so take a page from your own book when devising your weight control program.

If you only need to lose a few pounds, take stock of the reality. Don't overanalyze. Cut out high glycemic foods (like white flour and white sugar products). Load up on vegetables and fruits. Those pounds will melt off in a week or two.
