  • Manufacturer will provide cut sheets describing all aspects of the operation.
  • All plants in operation have met EPA standards.
  • The entire processing system is closed loop with no vapor releases to the atmosphere.
  • Components of the plant meet UL requirements.
  • Plants can meet class B-31.3 industrial process code parameters if required by client.
  • All process controls meet the Level III automation control standards.
  • Pressure testing and certification is standard at all facilities.
  • Manufacturer can assist clients to meet all applicable seismic regulations subject to local codes.
  • Complete documentation and schematics are provided to our customers.
  • A complete set of MSDS standards is included with each system.

 Additional Information

The manufacturer should include current number of facilities in operation.

The following is a table of liquid storage for various sizes of systems. The colored areas for methanol and catalyst are oversized to accommodate bulk shipments. In all cases multiple smaller tanks are acceptable. For smaller systems just divide by 10x in all cases.
