Black Belt Recruiting..And What you need to know
Black Belt Recruiting was just recently released by Mike Dillard and it comes at a time when we all must acknowledge the fact that someday we must call our prospects.
I know just the mere thought of "calling prospects" sends chills up some of your spines. But, if we all knew what Mike is teaching, things may be a little different.
So first of all what is Black Belt Recruiting..
Black Belt Recruiting is an excellent guide to how to call, approach, and follow up with your prospects. Mike Dillard and his mentor, Mark Wieser, go into great detail of who you need to be to do the calling.
I'm not sure why they called their product, Black Belt Recruiting, but I can guess.
I believe it's because it takes a tuffer line of action. It is not what most of us have heard from our uplines, and it certainly is concise and to the point.
It puts YOU in charge of your business.
Why Black Belt Recruiting?
Why not.. Black Belt Recruiting is certainly not addressing a new issue. It is definitely addressing an old issue with a new insight.
I know I literally chased my prospects down because that is what I was told. If I didn't make 100 calls a day, my upline literally would call me on the carpet.
So guess what, I truly became desparate. I began demonstrating a weakness or lack of value rather that demonstrating strength and a higher value. Mike and Mark go into this mindset at great detail in their many examples, and I was there and you may be too.
When you become desparate you start to chase people,loss confidence. This seems to happen more when you are buying your leads and the prospect is caught off guard when you call.
If not addressed properly they will hang up in a heart beat.
Oh NO!! you lost one.
Well, in Black Belt Recruiting, believe it or not that is OK... Don't badger them anymore, unlike what you may have been taught, because these may not be the ones you want to be working with you.

Yes, Black Belt Recruiting can and will help change your mindset.
You will learn that you have to be the one that changes.Your prospects are just people that you come in contact with. You, on the other hand, are the one that you need to know and trust..
When you come to work are you still in your pj's? Well, get DRESSED!!!!
Look in the mirror and like what you see. Forget about what may or may not have happened the day before. Cleanse your mind and know that you are in charge.
You are the one setting the stage of who you will attract.
Once you take control you will have your "Dream Team."

You are now a new person, in charge and confident. This attitude will shine on through your voice.

Okay, you are making your call and the person is badgering you, testing your skill. You begin to waver....Oh NO!!
Be prepared. Mike and Mark go into great detail here. Sometimes this can be a stall tactic or an experienced marketer. Either way you are being tested and you need to know the answers.
What about objections? Never fear, all of this is addressed as well. Imagine knowing what to say when you come across a person who has been here and done that.
As Mike and Mark explain, " these objections usually come from your prospects ignorance or fear." But either way you must learn to answer honestly and with conviction. And, most of the time you will "just move on."
There are no printed scripts to memorize but there are great ideas from which you will create your own scripts. Something that you are comfortable with.
Practice them and become confident with them.
You will become the upline that everyone is looking for. A positive attitude, confident and knowlegable.
You will grow!!!!!!
