Blastoff Review – Will It Be A Blastoff To Riches Or Wasted Time?
81Don't Miss This Blastoff Network Review!
Is Blastoff Network going to provide their members with a solid platform to grow or will they become another statistic where 97% fail mlm? Blastoff is a way that Internet users can customize favorites, news, blogs, music, videos, email, social networks and shopping all in one place. Very similar to the free version of iGoogle but Blastoff has created an affiliate program that members can take advantage of and receive commissions from purchases within the network of online stores. You do not need to join an mlm company in order to join most stores’ affiliate program. The Blastoff Network does offer their members the ability to earn cash back on shopping that is done within their genealogy of members.
Blastoff has a decent product but it still remains to be seen if it will resonate with people. With no initial fees, income can only be made based on other distributors’ purchases. How much can you make when someone is buying a song on iTunes? The reality is substantial income can only be made if a large downline is developed and that just takes time. History show us that if networkers don’t see a return in a timely manner or achieve the level of success that they initially heard about then they will fail to continue to use the product, even if the product is great and show the consumer a benefit.
The Internet has been a great way to spread the word about opportunities and business ventures. Blastoff’s website tells distributors to use social networking sites like; Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace to simply invite your friends and “As your friends begin to invite their friends, you will see your network and your income begin to virally grow.” According to statistics, 97% of people fail mlm and 70% of the commissions are paid to 3% of the distributors even with the use of Twitter and Facebook.
The mlm industry is going through some frightening changes and most people are completely unaware of it. The market has been saturated with thousands of companies fighting to gain their market share of distributors. Most people are told to go to their friends and family members to build their business. This strategy simply doesn’t work. Your friends and family members are not network marketers or entrepreneurs. They are not going to build your mlm properly and most people expect this notion of it just to happen if they only get one or two people.
Leaders in the mlm industry have shied away from using these out dated tactics, even on the Internet. They are using the Internet to market the opportunity to the proper audience of networkers and opportunists, not their friends and family members. The power of the Internet is not to use it to send out information to people that you know are not interested in your product. The power lies in your ability to place your offer in front of someone who is looking for an opportunity.
The most common mistake people make marketing online is that they market their product to everyone. Rule number one in marketing is when you market to everyone, you market to no one. Your offer must resonate with your audience. You have to speak language and address their pain and then provide solutions. Providing solutions to people’s problems have been the backbone of commerce since the world’s hunting and gathering period of survival.
Even if you sponsor other entrepreneurs, your income is still at risk due to downline attrition. In 2009, building a decent mlm downline is even more difficult with the Internet because just as fast as someone will hear about Blastoff, turns out it will be just as fast as they hear about some “pre-launch” mlm company that a celebrity is endorsing. There has been a disturbing trend of distributors jumping from one mlm company to the next in hopes of finding the “magical spot” on top of the pyramid, almost cannibalistic in nature. It’s scary out there because these are the same people that distributors rely on to stay in their company to provide stable income streams for distributors.
With the staggering statistics of the high failure rate in the multi level marketing industry, people still seem to have a “get rich quick mentality” that they can position themselves at the top and just put in a few people. If you are serious about making consistent money from home and you are comfortable relying on your own efforts and not the efforts of people who do not have your best interest at heart, than the multi level marketing industry may not be for you.
