Google's Blogger provides a sneak peak of its new service "Blogger in Draft" a beta version of Blogger with newer features. It adds the Video uploader tool to Blogger. The user can add videos, music files directly to blogs in Blogger.
Blogger launched a new service called Blogger in Draft. The new Blogger has added more features to existing Blogger, but they are not available to public yet, but if you want to check their new features, you have to click this link. It is like a beta version of Blogger. The first new feature they added to the tool is a built in video uploader tool. Before one has to upload it to YouTube, Google Video or any other video site, then they have to get the embed codes to paste it in the blog. But instead of that, the new Blogger in Draft allows the user to download the videos straight to their blogs.

Blogger in Draft's new video-uploader tool lets you upload videos, not just embed them on the page.
Blogger in Draft's new video-uploader tool lets you upload videos, not just embed them on the page.

With the new video uploader tool seen above, the user can add AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Windows Media and Real video files with sizes up to 100MB. This new tool then converts the video into an interface like Google's video player, with Blogger branding.

Google will make these videos available for search in their Google Video, no additional steps are necessary from the user side.

This is just one of the many features you will be seeing in Blogger in Draft. It will be a great and quick way of adding one's own videos and files and sharing it with friends and readers.

You can see the loaded video in the blogger here at the bottom of the article. It has Google Video interface with Blogger Logo.

Yes, this is great tool for bloggers, once they add embed codes, then the bloggers can share more I think. :)

Just for curiosity, do you know how many blogs are opened at Blogger every single day, and which are the most popular topics of new blogs?

Thanks,Clifinar
