Blueberry Banana Smoothie

This is the recipe for the Best Smoothie I have ever had...


Makes 2 large, yummy Healthy Drinks.


2 large ripe bananas

(you can use frozen bananas for a colder, thicker drink)

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

3/4 cup of your favorite yogurt

1 cup rice or soy milk

I add Acidophilus and Greens+ but you can add whatever supplements you use.

Blend and Enjoy!

Oooh that looks good. I love blueberries. (Trying to grow some but very slow progress. Plants hate me.)
