Thanks for the information about body fat percentages for women. I'm usually in the "good" range and have always been below the 31% number, at least according to the information I've been given. I usually am around 25-26%, but I'd really like to get it down to around 22-23%. I think I'll check out the Fat Loss for Idiots and see how I can incorporate their tips into my daily routine.
