Depression, along with all illness begins with an environment that it can grow well in. The environment starts with an offset of chemical balance. Once the balance is off the environment thrives with appropriate thoughts, and feelings...commonly negative ones. Manipulate the Chemical Balance, and you gain control of your mental state, thus allowing you to decide what you will spend your mind on. I do mean "spend", because either way you are spending your precious moments of life on something, if it's not positive, and going to advance your life, then it's likely your chemical balance is off, and you are depressed.

The reason you may want to read this is because I didn't devote my life to studying Nutrition for the heck of it. I needed to save my own life. I had to do this in order to manipulate my mind, body, and mental state, in order to function and achieve the goals I had planned for my life.

You start with Nitrazine Paper from the drug store to check your PH Levels. Use it to test your Saliva, and Urine. Hold it up to the chart on the back, and make sure you are in the middle 6.2 - 6.8. If you are to the "Acid" side (Yellow), then drink Orange Juice. If you are to the Alkaline side (Blue), then you would drink apple, or grape juice. Find yourself sighing a lot? Drink Orange Juice, it will immediately relieve it. It's a sign your body is sending you to correct it's chemical balance.There are many signs to watch for, it's just that people have never been taught "what" to watch for.

Most of us do not notice subtle hints like that. Gear your life to pay attention to how you feel after you eat. Regardless of what your consuming.  It plays a huge role in being in tune with your body, and mind. Your body requires necessary nutrients in order to function properly. Many people get "used" to feeling less than good, and allow it to continue. Never really getting a grasp on it, or making the connection as to what they are putting in their bodies.

No truer words have been spoken than: "You Are What You Eat", if you eat crap, your body will indeed reflect it, and rebel against you. You cannot cut corners, or strike a deal, or bargain with health, or Mother Nature. You merely live it, getting 100 years or so in your host body...providing you take proper care of it. Ignore that fact, and you'll be cut down to 60 or 70 years, or maybe less.

The fact is the Earth provides every single thing we need to sustain life indefinitely, as long as this planet exists. Going back to simple basics, eliminating the fillers, the man made materials, the additives, etc., we are left with a beautiful planet that has allowed us to live and breath, and grow into a large population that thrives. Our indifference to that fact, has sent us off in a completely different direction. Our current status is dysfunctional as a whole.

Not only are people depressed, but the planet is also depressed... because of us, and our blatant indifference as to what "it" needs to sustain life. It was supposed to be a harmonic balance, working hand in hand with each other. As a whole, the big picture is that people went the wrong way in many areas. Concentration was put on industry, and making the most money, and pumping the most oil so they could be in control, etc. Our priorities are 100% incorrect, and the wrong paths were taken by many in control.

People need to join together, and spread the word that there are natural answers to many current health problems. Depression right now is reaching epic proportions, and by many is actually considered a "Mass Depression". I am absolutely certain that if enough people join together spreading the true health facts, a wave of correction can occur. People need to get "Mad" enough to make it happen. Happiness being a choice, it is attainable, sensible, and logical to proceed in this manner.
