Remedies for Body odor
Soap And Water
Without a doubt, one of the simplest body odor remedies is to bath or shower on a regular basis. Naturally, your whole body perspires, some areas more than others.
This perspiration breeds bacteria, and it's the bacteria that stinks. Washing up with soap and water kills this stinky bacteria.
Parsley
Eat 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley with each meal. As an alternative to the fresh stuff, take one 500 mg capsule each day.
Zinc
Studies have shown that body odor can be associated with deficiencies in zinc. Good natural sources of zinc are spinach, parsley, collard greens, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, and asparagus.
Spinach contains the most zinc out of all of these. For one of the best body odor remedies, try juicing all of these foods together. Take 30 mg of zinc per day.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Use apple cider vinegar instead of commercial deodorants.
Witch Hazel And Sage
Another one of the better body odor remedies is to create a natural deodorant by mixing 1 ounce of witch hazel with 1 ounce of sage tincture, and 20 drops of lavender essential oil in a spray bottle.
Spray this mixture into the arm pits just like you would use a commercial deodorant. Let it dry before getting dressed.
Turnip
Put some turnips in a juicer and juice them. Apply 1 teaspoon to each arm pit. This should prevent body odor for up to 10 hours.
Arnica
One of the best body odor remedies is arnica because it actually kills the odor producing bacteria. Apply arnica cream instead of a commercial deodorant. This can be found in most health food stores.
