I don't even know if this will qualify as a hub, it's going to be so short and sweet. But my favorite online game is Boggle. That's it. Hands down, no question.

Some of my earliest memories are of sitting around the avacado swirled formica counter top, swirling in my barstool, slaughtering my parents playing Boggle. As I got a little older I couldn't get anyone to play with me anymore. By age 10 I was retired. Sore loser parents!

If you've never played before, Boggle involves shaking up a tray of lettered dice, setting the timer and making words out of the letters that turned up on the top side of each die. The letters have to be connected to use them.

The one thing that bothered my about Boggle is it was SO noisy! You shook your dice in a covered acrylic dish and the banging was barely softened by the thin piece of foam that came with the game. This is where the online version is supreme. There are no dice to shake. Your letters magically appear.

In recent years I have spelled away hours online playing Text Twist, Scrabble, and Bookworm, but none can replace my old favorite Boggle. Thank goodness there is an online version because for some reason neither my kids nor Hubby will play with me either. Wussies.
